★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imcompetenti lasciarci senza linea X un mese mezzo, tra l’altro dovevano fare solo il passaggio di utenze aziendali invece hanno attivato una nuova numerazione solo per guadagnare soldi, ci avete creato dei seri disagi comunque non vi fidate di questa agenzia.

Poco corretti nel non dichiararsi agenzia, il consulente pervenuto in negozio, si è presentato come dipendente Telecom.
I problemi sono sorti a distanza di 3 mesi dal contratto stipulato, poco chiaro senza costi indicati e senza lasciare copia di quanto firmato.
Oggi la telecom arrivato bollettone di oltre € 600,00 per un bimestre a fronte di € 200 , quanto pagavo prima.
Sono pronto a sporgere formale denuncia alle autorità competenti, per poca chiarezza nello stipulare contratti in modo molto equivoco.

Not very correct in not declaring himself an agency, the consultant who arrived in the shop presented himself as a Telecom employee.
The problems arose after 3 months from the stipulated contract, unclear without indicated costs and without leaving a copy of what was signed.
Today the telecom arrived bulletin of over € 600.00 for a two-month period compared to € 200, what I paid before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dire che come tanti altri, sono avidi del profitto. Proprio questa mattina spacciandosi per operatori della Telecom e con una bugia del tipo " Nei prossimi mesi ci saranno aumenti e per evitare ciò le invio una e-mail con un link, lo clicchi e non riceverà aumenti " Morale della favola? mi hanno fatto attivare un servizio a pagamento. Oggi stesso farò un reclamo scritto a telecom e molto probabilmente andrò a sporgere regolare denuncia.
Unfortunately I have to say that like so many others, they are greedy for profit. Just this morning pretending to be Telecom operators and with a lie like "In the coming months there will be increases and to avoid this I send an e-mail with a link, click it and you will not receive increases" Moral of the story? they made me activate a paid service. Today I will make a written complaint to telecom and most likely I will go to file a regular complaint.
