★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembra quasi impossibile in un paese di circa 17.000 (grazie a TripAdvisor e Google Maps) aver potuto trovare un ristorante di una qualità eccelsa come Sale e Sarde, peraltro situato in una zona che consente un rapido e comodo parcheggio per l'auto. In rare occasioni ho potuto mangiare così bene in un locale accogliente e pulitissimo, dove ogni oggetto è ispirato al blu del mare, gli arredi intonati al contesto, il personale preciso, gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente. E cosa dire dello chef che non si limita ad un'attenta cottura ma anche ad un ottimo impiattamento (anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte). Per finire il prezzo. In vari commenti gli avventori si sono lamentati del prezzo che effettivamente è leggermente superiore alla media, ma mangiare pesce fresco e crudo costa. Un antipasto, un primo senza secondo con un assaggio (circa mezzo bicchiere) di vino bianco e un amaro finale 60,00 euro. A parte il prezzo è da ritornarci sicuramente.
 It seems almost impossible in a country of about 17,000 (thanks to TripAdvisor and Google Maps) to have been able to find a restaurant of excellent quality such as Sale e Sarde, moreover located in an area that allows quick and convenient parking for the car. On rare occasions I have been able to eat so well in a welcoming and very clean place, where every object is inspired by the blue of the sea, the furnishings in tune with the context, the precise, kind and attentive staff to every customer's need. And what to say about the chef who is not limited to careful cooking but also to an excellent dish (even the eye wants its part). Finally the price. In various comments, patrons have complained about the price which is actually slightly above average, but eating fresh and raw fish costs. An appetizer, a first course without a second course with a taste (about half a glass) of white wine and a final bitter 60.00 euros. Apart from the price it is definitely worth going back.
