L'esperienza è stata oltremodo positiva, la struttura, comoda da raggiungere provenendo dalla parte di Palagiano, si trova fuori dal centro, ed ha un comodo piazzale antistante l'ingresso, dove è facile parcheggiare. Il personale è molto cordiale, giovanile e dispensa consigli per le ordinazioni. La lista delle pizze è davvero interessante (4 pagine del menù). Anche i primi sono davvero particolari. Propongo alcune immagini del menù , personalmente io ho assaggiato i ravioli di semola alla menta ripieni di fiori di zucca, che ho trovato fenomenali. Tutto molto buono, segnalo in particolare un ottimo dessert: il tiramisù al pistacchio. Il tuo per un costo regolare (48 € in due persone, per una cena non abbondante, un antipasto, 2 primi, 2 birre, un dessert e una frutta). Direi che in relazione alla eccellente qualità delle pietanze si tratta comunque in definitiva di un locale anche economico. Ottima struttura da tenere in considerazione. The experience was extremely positive, the structure, convenient to reach coming from the Palagiano side, is located outside the center, and has a comfortable square in front of the entrance, where it is easy to park. The staff is very friendly, youthful and dispenses advice for orders. The list of pizzas is really interesting (4 pages of the menu). Even the first are really special. I propose some pictures of the menu, I personally tasted the semolina ravioli with mint stuffed with courgette flowers, which I found phenomenal. All very good, I point out in particular an excellent dessert: the pistachio tiramisu. Yours for a regular cost (48 € in two people, for a not abundant dinner, an appetizer, 2 first courses, 2 beers, a dessert and a fruit). La particolarità consiste nel fatto che, nell'elenco dei vari tipi di pizza tra cui scegliere, era spiegato il modo in cui venivano inseriti gli ingredienti, se prima della cottura o successivamente a questa. Dolci anch'essi molto buoni. Suggerirei solo di inserire più birre poichè la scelta è poca. Personale cordiale e preparato. Grazie All excellent and top quality products. The pizza was yummy. The peculiarity consists in the fact that, in the list of the various types of pizza to choose from, the way in which the ingredients were inserted was explained, whether before cooking or after it. We shared the meats on the grill, which was a good selection and top quality dish (and a large portion!). The location of the restaurant is spectacular because is in front of "gravina" as like a canyon with richness landscape on the Jonic seaside. Highly recommended.
