Lo tengono per due mesi senza mai mandarlo in assistenza nonostante tim mi abbia indicato che lo potevano anche sostituire se presentava più di un malfunzionamento. A minaccia di una denuncia scopro che il telefono ce lo avevano loro e che non lo hanno mai mandato in assistenza. Deluso, ritiro il telefono e a mai più presso questo centro.
Unspeakable staff. I take a tim phone under warranty for repair. They keep it for two months without ever sending it in for assistance despite tim indicated that they could also replace it if it had more than one malfunction. Threatening a complaint I discover that they had the phone and that they never sent it for assistance. Disappointed, I pick up the phone and never again at this center.
