I too have been swindled by these "gentlemen". purchased on May 29, 2021 I am still waiting but in the meantime they have disappeared into thin air, they do not respond to emails, messages, phone calls and whatsapp. STAY AWAY !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiornamento al 27.07.2021: Dopo oltre 2 mesi non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso dei soldi !!! Evitate assolutamente questo negozio! Ho letto in un altro messaggio che dicono di aver avuto problemi e che procederanno con i rimborsi, ma ci crederò solo quando rivedrò i soldi sul conto.

Spero proprio non sia una truffa!!! Se potessi darei zero stelle!!!
Dovevo acquistare con urgenza un frigorifero. Ho scritto prima di effettuare l'ordine per avere conferma della disponibilità dell'articolo. Confermata la disponibilità mi viene garantita (a parole) la consegna entro 3 giorni. Faccio quindi l'ordine il 21.05.2021. Passano i giorni e non viene spedito niente. Sollecito e chiedo spiegazioni ma al telefono non rispondono quasi mai, neanche ai messaggi. Data l'urgenza sono costretto ad ordinare da un altro negozio. Chiedo quindi l'annullamento dell'ordine e la restituzione dei soldi pagati. Ad oggi 02.06.2021 non ho ancora ricevuto indietro i soldi!!!
Update 27.07.2021: After more than 2 months I still haven't received my money back !!! Absolutely avoid this shop! I read in another message that they say they have had problems and that they will proceed with the refunds, but I will only believe it when I review the money in the account.

I had to buy a refrigerator urgently. I wrote before placing the order to confirm the availability of the article. Once availability is confirmed, I am guaranteed (in words) delivery within 3 days. So I place the order on 21.05.2021. Days go by and nothing is sent. I call and ask for explanations but they hardly ever answer on the phone, not even to messages. Given the urgency I am forced to order from another store. I therefore ask for the cancellation of the order and the return of the money paid. To date 02.06.2021 I have not yet received my money back !!!
