★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa Chiesa conserva in una cappella laterale (ingresso da una porticina a sinistra) le spoglie di Santa Caterina de Vigri, monaca clarissa del XV secolo, grande figura religiosa ed intellettuale del suo tempo. Il corpo non si è corrotto ed è in posizione seduta, senza sostegni, in modo naturale. A Bologna Santa Caterina è chiamata semplicemente La Santa. Non può mancare una visita in questo posto assolutamente unico e incredibile.
This Church preserves in a side chapel (entrance from a small door on the left) the remains of Santa Caterina de Vigri, a Clarissa nun of the 15th century, a great religious and intellectual figure of her time. The body has not become corrupted and is in a sitting position, without support, in a natural way. In Bologna Santa Caterina is simply called La Santa. You cannot miss a visit to this absolutely unique and incredible place.
