★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesa di San Michele arcangelo. Un piccolo gioiello in centro storico dove ci raccoglie in preghiera e trovi la pace di Dio. Messa in latino! Mi sono commossa. Altare bellissimo. Peccato ci siano delle infiltrazioni d'acqua sul tetto che credo stia rovinando dei punti della chiesa. Molte chiese di Salerno sono moderne al limite dell'accettazione. Sembrano container o peggio moschee. Predica che parla di Dio e non di politica. Tornerò senz'altro.
Church of San Michele Arcangelo. A small jewel in the historic center where he gathers us in prayer and finds the peace of God. Mass in Latin! I was moved. Beautiful altar. Too bad there are water infiltrations on the roof which I believe is ruining some points of the church. Many churches in Salerno are modern on the verge of acceptance. They look like containers or, worse, mosques. He preaches that it is about God and not about politics. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dedicato al "guerriero delle milizie celesti" l'arcangelo MICHELE il convento è stato da poco restaurato ed è quasi ritornato all'antico splendore. La chiesa se non vado errato è ancora chiusa ma vi assicuro che si respira aria davvero celestiale e le persone dotate di un anima buona e sensibile potranno percepire la presenza di un gran custode..direi un Angelo in persona!
Si raggiunge comodamente in auto e gode di una bella veduta. Si può anche proseguire a piedi per una piacevole passeggiata oppure restare lì seduti in panchina ammirando la valle.
Dedicated to the "warrior of the celestial militias" the archangel MICHELE the convent has been recently restored and has almost returned to its former glory. If I am not mistaken, the church is still closed but I assure you that you can breathe a truly heavenly air and people with a good and sensitive soul will be able to perceive the presence of a great caretaker .. I would say an Angel in person!
It can be reached easily by car and enjoys a beautiful view. You can also continue on foot for a pleasant walk or sit there on the bench admiring the valley.
