 Less than a star can not be given, totally incompetent, after 5 days of delay, unanswered phone calls and 3 visits in person I had to look for my package in a basket under their desk ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente pessimi , aspetto la consegna da una settimana e non rispondono neanche al telefono. È una vergogna che personaggi simili si definiscano corrieri,sono solo degli imbroglioni.
Really bad, I've been waiting for delivery for a week and they don't even answer the phone. It is a shame that similar characters call themselves couriers, they are just cheaters.

non si riesce a contattarli telefonicamente al n. da loro riportato sul sito web, e qualora si optasse per richiedere informazioni via e-mail si otterrà lo stesso risultato............NESSUNA RISPOSTA.
Attendo un pacco a loro mani da 5 giorni lavorativi......speriamo bene.

you cannot contact them by phone at no. reported by them on the website, and if you opt to request information via e-mail you will get the same result ............ NO ANSWER.
I await a parcel in their hands for 5 working days ...... hopefully good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allucinante.. ogni volta che mi devono portare un pacco loro, succede qualcosa/c'è un ritardo. E una volta ritardo per uno sciopero, un'altra volta boh... Su Amazon diceva che era in arrivo, per loro "eh no, ci dobbiamo risentire, scusi è in ritardo"... Un'altra volta anche...puff ritardo... A questo giro il corriere non ci aveva trovato in casa...impossibile! Non ci eravamo mossi e avevo lasciato scritto di suonare entrambi i campanelli... Scrivono: chiamare per prenotare un altro appuntamento...
Ah, è a circa 400 m da casa mia... Me lo sono andata a prendere da sola...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Date le recensioni mi aspettavo molto peggio. Due stelle per il numero costantemente irreperibile, ma alla filiale fisica hanno saputo darmi informazioni sullo stato del mio pacco Amazon, arrivato con un paio di giorni di ritardo. Nota positiva: consegne anche al sabato.
Given the reviews I expected much worse. Two stars for the constantly unavailable number, but at the physical branch they were able to give me information on the status of my Amazon package, which arrived a couple of days late. Positive note: deliveries also on Saturday.
