★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da incubo entro guardo il tabellone segna il numero 200 il mio è il 330 di 10 sportelli 3 aperti il personale é simpatico come un calcio nelle gengive mi sembra in caso di assumere più personale.
 From nightmare within I look at the scoreboard it marks the number 200 mine is 330 of 10 branches 3 open the staff is nice as a kick in the gums it seems to me in case of hiring more staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno schifo TOTALE! Siano adesso tutti fuori ad aspettare con temperature prossime allo zero almeno 30 persone per un turno che arriva se va bene dopo un'ora e sono attivi 4 sportelli su 10 e gli utenti vengono serviti con il tradizionale slancio degli impiegati delle poste.
A TOTAL crap! Now everyone is out waiting with temperatures close to freezing at least 30 people for a shift that arrives after an hour if all goes well and 4 out of 10 branches are active and users are served with the traditional enthusiasm of post office employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un'indecenza sono tre giorni che sto chiamando all'ufficio postale di Montebello e non rispondono .Più volte mettono il telefono fuori posto... Non potendomi recare di persona ho commissionato un'amica e le hanno risposto che il telefono funziona ma non hanno tempo di rispondere.... Senza parole ufficio da evitare infatti chiuderò il conto . Lo sconsiglio vivamente
It's indecent I've been calling the post office in Montebello for three days and they don't answer. Several times they put the phone out of place ... Not being able to go in person, I commissioned a friend and they told her that the phone works but it doesn't they have time to answer .... Without office words to avoid in fact I will close the account. I strongly advise against it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 casse aperte, ma solo una dedicata alle spedizioni. 5 addetti che si guardano in giro e una poveraccia che corre come una matta perché ha 15 persone in coda per spedire. Bello il nuovo millennio dove la posta fa più che consegnare la corrispondenza, ma questa dovrebbe comunque rimanere l'attività principale, o sbaglio? E poi 5 persone che si guardano in giro è assurdo da vedere

Nel primo caso, l’appuntamento fissato con il sistema automatico dava un nominativo inesistente per l’ufficio postale. Nel secondo caso, la persona che ha fissato l’appuntamento non si è presentata e non ha dato nessun avviso. Pessimi, da evitare assolutamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio allo sportello sarà anche veloce (a volte) e non voglio continuare a insistere su una cosa che ormai è ovvia dalla notte dei tempi, ma il modo di relazionarsi con i clienti da parte di certe sportelliste è pessimo (e parlo da spettatore). Tenete bene a mente care sportelliste: ci sono ancora persone in questa Italia che lavorano 12 ore al giorno (qualche ora più di voi insomma) e non hanno il tempo di tenersi aggiornate sulle vostre diecimila regoline che cambiate spesso. Onde per cui portate un poco più di pazienza e andate a ripassare il codice etico se per caso nelle domande in fase di concorso non ve l'hanno chiesto.
