Io ci sono stata a mangiare di domenica a pranzo, meglio prenotare e andarci presto perché non avevano previsto un affluenza cospicua e quindi in cucina erano lenti e gli ordini arrivavano molto lentamente e in pieno caos The steak, the mushrooms, the first excellent ones. Ricordatevi che è una sagra e bisogna fare un po' di coda all'ingresso, se non siete disposti ad aspettare non è il posto che fa per voi. Se i tempi di attesa devono essere quelli di un matrimonio è meglio smettere finché non si è in grado. Affermare che l'organizzazione è ben fatta o si è di parte o non si è mai stati alla sagra. Nothing to say about food at first, but then gives your own idea of dishes made in a hurry (where?). If the waiting times are to be those of a marriage, it is better to stop until you are able. Claiming that the organization is well done or you are biased or you have never been to the festival.
D	David Bandinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza fantozziana. Arrivati a mezzogiorno e finito di mangiare dopo le 15 nonostante ci fossero non più di 15 persone in fila davanti a noi. I 2 fenomeni alla cassa erano una cosa mai vista; dopo averti fatto scrivere le ordinazioni sul foglio le trascrivevano di nuovo (sbagliando) su di un altro foglio che poi ripassavano alla cassa per fare il conto impiegando quindi circa 5 minuti a persona. Dopo più di 1 ora ci siamo seduti e le portate sono arrivate a circa 45 minuti di distanza l’una dall’altra ... i condimenti per l’insalata li sto ancora aspettando. Salvo solo i poveri ragazzi che servivano ai tavoli ma chi organizza una cosa del genere si dovrebbe vergognare e lasciar perdere la ristorazione. Non Si possono lasciare le persone ore sotto il sole ad attendere fuori dal palazzetto perché non si è in grado di gestire la cosa; oltretutto di fronte a tale scempio ti aspetteresti di pagare un prezzo “politico” mentre invece un piatto non abbondante di tagliata stracotta ai funghi costa 15 euro. L	Luca Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa sagra per noi è stata una sagra delle prime volte: La prima volta che facciamo 1/2h di fila di prima serata nonostante la sala ancora mezza vuota; La prima volta che trovo una sagra nella quale si deve prenotare per evitare la fila (ma si prenotano solo tavoli per più di 6); La prima volta che vedo portare dei piatti di pasta ai bambini e dopo pochi secondi sfilarli via di fronte perché erano destinati ad altri; La prima volta che sono arrivato ad una sagra alle 20.00 ed ho finito di cenare alle 23.00. Il personale di sala si difende rispetto alle critiche, dicendo che si tratta di organizzazione amatoriale. Non credo che, per il loro stesso bene, sia una posizione sostenibile: se tappezzi il circondario di manifesti e richiami gente, devi prima di tutto organizzarti in modo da essere in grado di gestire l'evento! Molto molto molto male l'organizzazione, dunque: una sabato sera di svago diventa un trappolone. Sarebbe bello se cercassero di affrontare e risolvere il problema, magari andando a vedere come funzionano alcune delle tante altre sagre toscane nelle quali un posto a tavola viene fatto girare varie volte nelle tre ore che sono servite per la nostra cena. Riguardo il cibo, invece, posso dire che sia tradizionale e gradevole. Le cappelle di porcino arrosto le adoro, la carne ai ferri è buona. Le porzioni sono buone. Un appunto lo farei ai porcini fritti, per i quali la pastella è molto, molto consistente. Piacevole scoperta anche la zuppa di funghi. Per secondo abbiamo preso sia i funghi alla griglia sia i funghi fritti. Devo dire che erano veramente buoni, inoltre le porzioni erano giuste o, per i quelli fritti, abbondanti. La tagliata era cotta perfettamente e molto morbida. L'unica cosa è stata la fila, molto lunga. Però ne è valsa la pena. Sicuramente il prossimo anno torneremo!! Excellent festival. All good!
