Posso giudicare poco il lavorato dei ragazzi perché ho dovuto togliere solo un satellitare, però posso giudicare bene la maleducazione della signora bionda che accoglie i clienti. Pessima! Mai più! I think that in any workplace, hospitality is important… which has been lacking in my experience. A	Alessio Grazia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Settembre 2021, mi si ferma la macchina in autostrada, arriva il carro attrezzi, e l'auto viene portata da loro ed era di domenica, si era rotto il pistoncino della frizione, a tutti i costi hanno voluto fare sia la frizione e poi anche il volano per la modica cifra di 1800 euro. Quando sono ritornato a casa, alla casa madre peugeot ho fatto vedere i pezzi e mi hanno detto che non serviva cambiarli. Ringrazio il titolare, ma se mai dovesse succedere che mi prendo a piedi la spingo fino a casa da solo piuttosto di chiamare voi. Dopo quasi 1 anno provo ancora molta rabbia visto il comportamento sia del proprietario e di quello che dirige l'officina. Effettuo un cambio gomme quindi lascio l'auto per qualche ora e quando torno a riprendere l'auto la trovo bella e pronta... peccato che in autostrada ho rischiato di morire perché non mi era stata fatta convergenza ed equilibratura. Se fate la revisione non vi aspettate che correttamente vi avvisano prima se le gomme non vanno bene o la targa., come se, uno di mestiere non se ne accorge subito.solo che così prendono i soldi 2 volte scrivendo sul libretto ," da ripetere". Vorrei capire perché pagare tutta la cifra 2 volte visto che solo in quella definitiva devono versare le tasse dovute,se la prima prova non è superata dunque guadagnano piu su questa che sulla definitiva.
