Il materiale ordinato di ottima qualità mi e' arrivato con un corriere nel giro di una settimana dall'ordine. Farò sicuramente altri ordini in futuro I found courtesy, kindness and professionalism in the manager with whom I placed an order for boxes and tissue paper. Ogni mese mi hanno spostato la consegna sempre oltre. Ad aprile ancora nulla, insistendo viene fuori che arrivano a Maggio. 6 mesi per 100 scatole. Ho dovuto annullare l'ordine perché non sarebbero arrivate in tempo. 6 mesi per delle scatole, non per un'automobile. 6 mesi. Incompetenti. 6 mesi. Solo scuse, mai un sollecito, mai una dimostrazione di interesse. Incompetent and not at all professional. I ordered some boxes in November for my wedding, they assured me they would arrive in 3 weeks. Each month they moved my delivery further and further. In April still nothing, insisting it turns out that they arrive in May. 6 months for 100 boxes. I had to cancel my order as they would not arrive in time. 6 months for boxes, not a car. 6 months. Incompetent. 6 months. Only apologies, never a reminder, never a show of interest.
