I piatti sono particolari e nuovi, oppure piatti tradizionali rivisitati. La cosa che preferisco è che c'è una scelta molto ampia per vegetariani e vegani, che viene anche indicata nel menu. Anche i dolci sono semplici ma particolari. Lo consiglio One of my favorite places in the Catanzaro lido area. It is almost certainly managed by the guys who work there, who are very attentive and super nice. The dishes are particular and new, or traditional dishes revisited. My favorite thing is that there is a very large choice for vegetarians and vegans, which is also indicated on the menu. The desserts are also simple but special. I advise

Abbiamo apprezzato molto gli estratti di frutta preparati sul momento e i pancake con lo sciroppo d’acero. Staff gentile e simpatico. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Delightful restaurant a few steps from the Catanzaro beachfront. The brunch proposal is excellent, both for the variety and for the quality of the dishes. We really enjoyed the freshly prepared fruit extracts and pancakes with maple syrup. Friendly and nice staff. Excellent value for money.

Sono sempre stata colpita positivamente. Tutto è curato nei dettagli, dal cibo alla musica di sottofondo... ❤️ A unique culinary experience ... Il locale è bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, emana un'energia positiva e rilassante. La titolare e Chef è cordiale, gentile e preparata... Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo preso un menù vegano e siamo rimasti entusiasti e sorpresi da ogni sapore ... I piatti erano delle opere d'arte, sia per gli occhi che per il palato... Contentissima di questa scoperta, ritornerò prestissimo per il brunch domenicale! Consigliatissimo You ABSOLUTELY have to go to Safe and Sound !! I was there for the first time this evening and the word I repeated with every bite was: I'll be back! The restaurant is beautiful, with attention to the smallest details, it exudes a positive and relaxing energy. The owner and Chef is friendly, kind and prepared ... My fiance and I took a vegan menu and we were thrilled and surprised by every flavor ... The dishes were works of art, both for the eyes and for the the palate ... Delighted with this discovery, I'll be back very soon for Sunday brunch! Highly recommended

I	Isabella Salvia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! I have been there for dinner to get something healthy and fresh, invited by the amazing reviews. We easily found a table and ordered a poke bowl+ pasta. We didn't know what to expect but we had the best poke bowl ever and the pasta was simply amazing! You could see how fresh were the ingredients as they were literally exploding in your mouth. They also give you the possibility to choose a small size dessert to go with your coffee if you don't feel like having a full one ( amazing option!). The food size was super, everything is handmade ( falafels are suggested!) And the staff is nice and friendly. We spent time talking with them ( they are also the owner I think) and I can see their passion! 5 starts!

I could not find a single bad thing, everything was perfect and super tasty. The poke bowl was the tastiest we ever tried (and we've had lots of them). The pasta with baccalà was so creamy and light and the dessert was so good! There's plenty of healthy and light options here! You gotta try it!!!
