 Excellent farmhouse near the anapo reserve with a complete menu at 30 euros with 6 appetizers, two first two second courses and the dessert ... all very good. Attentive and courteous service .... highly recommended

Gastronoma futura nutrizionista con attenzione particolare a materia prima e impasto che promuovo a pieni voti (croccante, ben lievitata, condita ingredienti di buona qualità). Apprezzamento ulteriore per l'aspetto nutrizionale perché la pizza risulta leggera, digeribile, saporita, ma non salata e sempre molto equilibrata anche se si opta per gusti più elaborati.
Vi consiglio le Sacre Pietre se siete nei dintorni.
Non perdetevi lo sfilatino, la Federico II, la Frastuca è il dolce alla ricotta con chips di melanzane (per niente stucchevole e ricotta dolce al punto giusto)

Great pizza in Sortino, one of my favorites. Future nutritionist gastronomist with particular attention to raw material and dough that I promote with flying colors (crunchy, well leavened, seasoned with good quality ingredients). Further appreciation for the nutritional aspect because the pizza is light, digestible, tasty, but not salty and always very balanced even if you opt for more elaborate flavors.
I recommend the Sacre Pietre if you are in the area.
Do not miss the loaf, the Federico II, the Frastuca is the ricotta dessert with aubergine chips (not at all cloying and sweet ricotta at the right point)

Tutto buono anche nella presentazione dei piatti, Nonostante la sala era piena di commensali il personale si è dimostrato disponibile e professionale. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
Today, April 25th, eight of us had lunch with a set menu.
All good also in the presentation of the dishes. Although the room was full of diners, the staff proved to be helpful and professional. We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great base for a hike through the beautiful Pantalica valley. Your host Vincenzo will make sure that you lack nothing. In the morning he also prepares a delicious breakfast with local produce. There's a fine restaurant of the same name just a stone's throw away. The accomodation is rather basic, but what more do you need than proverbial Italian hospitality, serene tranquility and a good bed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a family Sunday lunch at the restaurant with a full course prix fix meal that included red wine and coffee. High quality ingredients and good portions, this family run business combines tasty food to very good customer service, prices are reasonable.
Recommended for a lunch after exploring the beautiful trails of the Anapo valley.
Despite arriving without reservation and almost at 3:00 pm, the owner welcomed us and accommodated with kindness the food needs of one of our family members. Sicilian hospitality at its best!
