Oltre a questo odioso reato PENALE rivendico il fatto che la stessa badante non ha mai fatto uscire mia madre nè con la carrozzina e neanche sul balcone di casa. La risposta della rappresentante sindacale sig.ra Mantovani:' sul contratto non vi é scritto nulla al riguardo'. Quando questa sig.ra verrá abbandonata in malattia sono sicuro cambierá idea.
Ho scritto ai Probiviri sul caso e non si sono neanche degnati di una risposta.
La UIL era un sindacato ma oggi cos'é?
 They defend a caregiver who in competition with her colleague left my mother alone with 104, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. In addition to this hateful CRIMINAL crime, I claim the fact that the same caregiver has never let my mother out with her wheelchair or even on the balcony of the house. The response of the union representative Ms Mantovani: 'there is nothing written on the contract about it'. When this lady is abandoned in sickness I'm sure she will change her mind.
I wrote to the Arbitrators about the case and they didn't even deign to answer.
UIL was a trade union but what is it today?
