P	Paolo Vitali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un'inevitabile attesa al telefono ma breve, mi ha risposto un giovane impiegato, sono un invalido grave e la ma situazione con l'INps è difficissima per i tempi di appuntamento e la loro scortesia. Il gentilissimo giovane impiegato ha ascoltato il mio problema per un quarto d'ora e mi ha detto di andare con la pratica anche domani! (21/01/2021) senza chiedere soldi. C	Cataldo Gugino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione degli utenti, nessuna organizzazione per una pronta risposta o per prendere appuntamenti telefonici. Capisco che il lavoro sia tanto ma proprio per questo vale la pena organizzarsi e dare un servizio VERO e di qualità e non preoccuparsi solo delle quote incassate e della pensione assicurata. Bad user management, no organization for a prompt response or to make telephone appointments. I understand that the work is a lot but for this reason it is worth organizing and giving a TRUE and quality service and not only worry about the fees collected and the insured pension.
a	alexandra benvenuti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poco professionali, hanno rifiutato di prendere un appuntamento per la valutazione degli anni effettivo di contributi pensionistici in quanto troppo giovane di età (?!?) adducendo una motivazione insensata rispetto al fatto che negli anni a venire le cose potranno cambiare molto, come se la somma matematica di contributi versati a diversi enti per valutare gli anni maturati potesse cambiare. Pessimi veramente. unprofessional, they refused to make an appointment for the evaluation of the actual years of pension contributions because they are too young in age (?!?) citing a senseless reasoning compared to the fact that in the years to come things could change a lot, as if the mathematical sum of contributions paid to different entities to assess the years accrued could change. Really bad.

G	Gianluca Bombelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per un problema con la Naspi. Nessuna risposta perchè "gli operatori sono tutti occupati" decido di recarmi di persona. Trovo la desolazione, un ragazzo al desk mi informa che chi di competenza era uscito dall'ufficio a prendere un caffè. Aspetto 30 minuti seduto in attesa. La signora arriva, neanche mi guarda ed entra in ufficio. Successivamente il ragazzo mi informa che non c'è possibilità di ricevermi perchè hanno troppe pratiche da sbrigare al momento. I'm calling about a problem with Naspi. No answer because "the operators are all busy" I decide to go in person. I find desolation, a guy at the desk informs me that whoever was responsible had left the office to have a coffee. I wait 30 minutes sitting waiting. The lady arrives, doesn't even look at me and goes into the office. Subsequently the boy informs me that there is no possibility of receiving me because they have too many practices to attend to at the moment.

A parte le persone agli sportelli, ho trovato solo impiegati che hanno sbagliato diverse pratiche, facendomi perdere tempo e lasciandomi nel limbo. Al telefono non rispondono e i tempi di attesa per gli appuntamenti sono lunghi. Sconsiglio vivamente di affidarsi a loro per qualsiasi pratica. Unfortunately over the years the service has deteriorated a lot. Aside from the people at the counters, I have only found employees who have failed various practices, wasting my time and leaving me in limbo. They don't answer the phone and waiting times for appointments are long. I strongly advise against relying on them for any practice.
G	Gianmaria Nello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si riesce a contattare il personale, il risponditore automatico chiede Nome Cognome e data di nascita e alla fine dicono che sarai ricontattato, ma non chiama nessuno. Alla fine sono riuscito a avere un appuntamento dopo 15 giorni per una segnalazione ENEA ma quando sono andato là mi hanno detto che non sono in grado di farla.e di andare da un altro Caf!!!. Sono oltre 30 anni che sono iscritto ed è sempre peggio. Credo che toglierò l'iscrizione, almeno risparmio 16o euro l'anno. It is not possible to contact the staff, the auto responder asks for Name Surname and date of birth and at the end they say that you will be contacted, but does not call anyone. In the end I managed to have an appointment after 15 days for an ENEA report but when I went there they told me that I am not able to do it. And to go to another Caf !!!. I have been enrolled for over 30 years and it is getting worse. I think I will unsubscribe, at least saving 16 euros a year.
