Partiva da dove abito, peccato che 3 volte a settimana o aspettava 1 ora a Borgomanero o dovevamo andare in un paese vicino a prenderlo. Inoltre causa Covid, ho pagato abbonamento x 3 mesi (gennaio/febbraio/marzo) e non ho utilizzato marzo. Chiedo ad STN (essendo quello che pratica la tratta più lunga) come pensa di fare recuperare marzo e scopro c h e a differenza di altri mezzi di trasporto, posso recuperare il mese o su ottobre o novembre o dicembre ? Altri mezzi pubblici mettono sulla tessera "bip card" il recupero come importo da utilizzare a tratta. Al momento mio figlio viene portato e ripreso da scuola in auto, anche perché frequenta a giorni alterni e mi sembra un furto pagare l'abbonamento. Purtroppo si ha necessità a volte di usare i mezzi... STN a parte avermi preso per il naso dicendomi di mandare una mail che avrebbero valutato, non mi sembra proprio venga incontro all'emergenza. Io disponevo dell'abbonamento, ma puntualmente dovevo ricaricare 5€ (minimo) ogni volta che mi è servito il pullman quest'estate. Do però quattro stelle perché alla fine per cinque anni in qualche modo mi ha portata a destinazione e riportata a casa, e soprattutto perché sono stati gentilissimi nel rimborsare il mese di marzo che non è stato utilizzato causa chiusura scuola! S	Silvia Pizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro autista, se un ragazzo disabile ti dice che ha perso la tessera e ti mostra un foglio rilasciato dalla provincia di Novara è perché è stata fatta una denuncia di smarrimento ai carabinieri, è stata chiesto un duplicato della tessera ed è stato pagato un bollettino emesso dalla provincia e quel foglio va esibito per poter usufruire del servizio e quindi non gli puoi dire" cosa me ne faccio di questo foglio" e scusa se non si è spiegato bene ma forse se fossi stato un po' empatico sarebbe stato meglio. Grazie a te fino a quando non arriva la tessera non vuole più prendere il pullman, COMPLIMENTI.
