★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riguardo alle recensioni precedentemente scritte da altre persone si vede che non sono al corrente dei fatti visto che parlano di giorni di prova non retribuiti e quant'altro.
L'azienda in questione invece offre da subito un contratto lavorativo a tempo indeterminato full time con la prova inclusa nel contratto e quindi retribuita.
I mezzi come potete vederli in giro non hanno danni di carrozzeria ne tanto meno di meccanica o senza aria condizionata anche perché sono appoggiati da due officine meccaniche apposta per avere sempre i mezzi efficenti

Il personale viene sfruttato. Le ore sono una violazione del contratto lavorativo, in quanto le persone vengono assunte da queste cooperative con un contratto indeterminato part-time di circa 28 ore a settimana per un totale di sei giorni. Purtroppo però per i poveri dipendenti le ore si protraggono oltre le 12-13 ore quotidiane, a volte senza pausa, a volte costretti in stazionamenti. Non vengono riconosciuti i giorni di prova, quindi non vengono retribuiti, cosa che da contratto invece deve essere fatta. Queste cooperative ricevono molti oneri peccato che non vengano usati per i mezzi, spesso in condizioni disastrose, senza aria condizionata, con danni alle carrozzerie, senza sanificazione, ma soprattutto per il personale che riceve uno stipendio da fame, non proporzionato alle ore effettive di lavoro. Essendo una commercialista e rappresentante dei lavoratori so di cosa sto parlando. Sicuramente cancellerete anche questo commento, perché contro i vostri interessi speculativi e di lucro. Spero solo che le persone capiscano che non tutto è bello come appare, ma anche che esistono posti dove la priorità è speculare sempre sugli altri solo per il proprio tornaconto personale. Spero che le persone, soprattutto quelle in cerca di lavoro, quelle che davvero vogliono aiutare gli altri, aprano gli occhi e si guardino bene da associazioni come la vostra.
