★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente una palestra non "pesistica", ma che utilizzando il metodo "WTA functional training" , usa soprattutto il proprio corpo con l'ausilio di pochi strumenti per fare della ginnastica adatta a tutti, da chi vuol muoversi un po', allo sportivo che ha bisogno di una preparazione fisica specifica. Gli istruttori, preparati e motivati, ti seguono passo passo per ogni esercizio.
Inoltre si praticano varie arti marziali,e anzi è questa la vera anima della palestra, con corsi per adulti e bambini di ogni età, e si è seguiti dal titolare maestro e campione in varie discipline.
