Materie prime di prim'ordine governate da uno chef strepitoso danno un risultato di livello superiore. Le ragazze di sala sono gentilissime. Ovviamente ritornando a Roma abbiamo di nuovo fatto tappa. Tutto gustosissimo. Ci rivedremo presto. Coming from Rome we knew the quality of Michelis at the Central Market and at Eataly. Having to go to Turin we passed through Mondovì. First-rate raw materials governed by an amazing chef give a superior result. The girls in the room are very kind. Obviously, returning to Rome we made a stop again. All very tasty. I primi che avevo mangiato erano superlativi. Rivedere l'impasto. I can guarantee that "good" as well ....... !!!!!! quality products in photos. The meat agnolotti are excellent, I think the borage ones lack flavor. The starters I ate were superb. Review the dough.
