★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non esiste un servizio clienti. I numeri che vengono proposti non funzionano. Esempio numero Call Center guasti idrici in fattura, perennemente occupato anche di notte. Il rapporto con l'utenza è inesistente tranne per le bollette. Capisco tutto, crisi non crisi, tagli del personale, ma nel 2017 non si può pensare ad una società come la vostra che detiene il 50% della fornitura idrica di Catania e provincia di non avere un servizio clienti e ancor peggio averlo ma con numeri fasulli. Riflettete!!!!!!
There is no customer service. The numbers that are proposed do not work. Example of Call Center number of water faults on the invoice, perpetually occupied even at night. The relationship with users is non-existent except for bills. I understand everything, crisis not crisis, staff cuts, but in 2017 you cannot think of a company like yours that holds 50% of the water supply in Catania and the province of not having customer service and even worse having it but with fake numbers . Think !!!!!!
