★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rinnovata e restaurata, quindi meritevole in teoria di più delle due stelle che ho messo come voto, ma in pratica ciò non è attuabile. I lavori sono andati così a rilento che hanno danneggiato sensibilmente la tabaccheria e non si è ancora arrivati ad avere i locali perfettamente pronti per potervi ricollocare il bar (precedentemente fallito per malsana gestione) ed altre attività.
 Renewed and restored, so in theory worth more than the two stars that I put as a vote, but in practice this is not feasible. The work has gone so slowly that it has noticeably damaged the tobacconist and it has not yet arrived to have the premises perfectly ready to be able to relocate the bar (previously failed for unhealthy management) and other activities.
