I purchased all the appliances for my kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator) all NEFF products. I am extremely satisfied with the products, and even more so with the service offered by SEB, competence, courtesy and availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da loro una cucina neff, un abbattitore irinox e un sottovuoto irinox. Putroppo il sottovuoto è arrivato danneggiato e non funzionava. Ho segnalato subito (20 dicembre 2014) il problema al titolare sig. Buttigli il quale ha ignorato per settimane la mia richiesta di assistenza. A metà febbraio finalmente un suo collaboratore si è fatto carico di risolvermi il problema. Sono venuti a ritirare la macchina e la hanno rispedita alla Irinox. A oggi non mi hanno ancora restituito l'elettrodomestico. Ricevo inoltre una telefonata del titolare che mi chiede un extra di 500 euro su un forno che a sua volta mi ha sostituito per un errore di inserimento dati al momento dell'ordine e dopo che ho fatto presente che forse poteva venirmi un po' incontro sul prezzo visti gli insensati ritardi ha cominciato a insultarmi.
In poche parole un maleducato pieno di se che non vuol sentire ragioni.
Ad oggi sono senza elettrodomestico regolarmente pagato prima della consegna più di tre mesi fa.
Una vergogna.
I bought a neff kitchen from them, an irinox blast chiller and an irinox vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately the vacuum arrived damaged and did not work. I immediately reported (December 20, 2014) the problem to the owner Mr. Buttigli who ignored my request for assistance for weeks. In mid-February, finally, one of his collaborators took responsibility for solving the problem. They came to pick up the car and sent it back to Irinox. To date, the appliance has not yet been returned to me. I also receive a phone call from the owner who asks me for an extra 500 euros on an oven which in turn has replaced me due to an error in entering data at the time of the order and after I pointed out that maybe I could meet a little on the given the senseless delays, he began to insult me.
In short, a rude man full of himself who does not want to hear reasons.
To date I am without a household appliance regularly paid before delivery more than three months ago.
A shame.
