★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sito ben organizzato e vasta scelta di ricambi, ma la cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è la grande serietà unita ad altrettanta gentilezza del titolare che comunica sempre in modo proattivo con il cliente, lo informa di potenziali ritardi nell'approvigionamento del materiale e si offre di cancellare l'ordine del cliente nel caso in cui al cliente non andassero bene le tempistiche allungate.
Prima di arrivare su questo sito ne avevo trovato un altro che aveva lo stesso ricambio disponibile. Avevo mandato loro due email di richiesta informazioni e non mi hanno mai risposto. Il signor Fiorucci, invece, mi ha risposto entro cinque minuti e di domenica!
Tutti i commercianti online dovrebbero imparare dal signor Fiorucci!
Well organized site and a wide choice of spare parts, but the thing I liked most is the great seriousness combined with the same kindness of the owner who always communicates proactively with the customer, informs him of potential delays in supplying the material and offers to cancel the customer's order in case the customer is not satisfied with the lengthened times.
Before arriving on this site I had found another that had the same spare available. I had sent them two emails requesting information and they never replied. Signor Fiorucci, however, replied within five minutes and on Sunday!
All online merchants should learn from Mr. Fiorucci!

Il prezzo era buono, anche considerato che si tratta di ricambi. L'acquisto è andato molto bene. Hanno recuperato e mi hanno spedito il pezzo con grande rapidità (la spedizione ha preso meno di 48 ore).

I ordered a centrifugal waste container from Braun, (no longer in production), they warned me they didn't have it available, they guaranteed me that they would send it to me in a short time. They were quick and I received the product. Fiorucci reliable and professional spare parts. I made an excellent choice to supply me from Fiorucci.

Ho trovato sul loro sito, a prezzo molto conveniente, pezzi di ricambio originali Braun per due piccoli elettrodomestici non di ultima produzione. Avevo urgenza di riceverli e, pure, con un corriere affidabile, viste cattive esperienze di consegna (non con questa ditta) pregresse. Mi è stato risposto immediatamente, dandomi pure la possibilità di scegliere il corriere (tra due) e il rivenditore ha inviato tutto rapidissimamente, così tutto è arrivato anche prima del termine previsto.
Exceptional fast and very precise response. I highly recommend this company. I found on their website, at a very affordable price, original Braun spare parts for two small appliances not of the latest production. I urgently needed to receive them and, also, with a reliable courier, given bad delivery experiences (not with this company). I was answered immediately, also giving me the possibility to choose the courier (between two) and the dealer sent everything very quickly, so everything arrived even before the deadline.
