★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, la mia esperienza con l'assistenza S.A.T. di Cavallini M. & C. Snc è stata ottima. Il tecnico ha capito subito da cosa era causato il guasto della lavastoviglie. Aveva con sé il pezzo di ricambio ed ha potuto sostituirlo in un quarto d'ora. E' stato molto gentile e il costo della prestazione é stato assolutamente congruo.
 Good evening, my experience with S.A.T. by Cavallini M. & C. Snc was excellent. The technician immediately understood what was causing the dishwasher failure. He had the spare part with him and was able to replace it in a quarter of an hour. He was very kind and the cost of the service was absolutely reasonable.

Serietà e preparazione dei tecnici, soprattutto il giovane Mattia che mi ha fornito anche indicazioni su come fare per tenere pulite altre parti del frigo. Grazie!
Very positive experience, in two days Neff's refrigerator repaired with professionalism and honest cost. Even with emergency fridge service included. Seriousness and preparation of the technicians, especially the young Mattia who also provided me with information on how to keep other parts of the fridge clean. Thank you!

Very professional and prepared, reasonably punctual given the period but the delays due to spare parts suppliers, I always recommend SAT.
