Propongono prezzi concorrenziali a fronte di clausule da firmare che vengono spacciate a tutela del cliente, e di cui ovviamente non mettono a conoscenza prima, ma vengono allegate solo al momento della firma definitiva! Ad esempio una di queste a me imposta è che si deve accettare che la ditta è sollevata da eventuali danni arrecati durante in montaggio ed il cliente deve saldare il lavoro prima di poter contestare oppure che nel caso non riescano ad effettuare il montaggio con la merce pronta entro certi termini sono autorizzati a trattenere la caparra versata e non hanno più obblighi verso il cliente. Ovviamente l'ordine non parte senza firma! Nel mio caso inoltre è stato pattuito un prezzo promozionale e poi non confermato e non rispettato(dopo che avevo contestato le clausole sopra citate sul contratto da firmare) , a detta del Sig. Salvatore appellandosi alla validità scaduta del preventivo,e a problemi di accordi con il loro fornitore, quando in verità non si sono fatti sentire appositamente.... specifico che ho anche dovuto attendere i loro comodi circa 10 giorni lavorativi per poter confermare il colore visto che nel frattempo avevano cambiato fornitore e quello da me scelto in fase di rilevazione delle misure non era più disponibile e poi mi sono sentito contestare le tempistiche! Dopo la successiva mia pretesa sul fatto che il prezzo doveva essere mantenuto si sono rifiutati di prendere in carico il lavoro a detta loro per il mio atteggiamento arrogante dimostrando una certa permalositá e un atteggiamento . In ogni caso ho perso due mesi dietro a questi individui che sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque. Saluti a tutti. Company absolutely to be avoided. They offer competitive prices against clauses to be signed that are passed off to protect the customer, and of which they obviously do not make known before, but are attached only at the time of the final signature! For example, one of these imposed on me is that it must be accepted that the company is relieved of any damage caused during assembly and the customer must pay the work before being able to dispute or that if they are unable to carry out assembly with the goods ready within certain terms they are authorized to withhold the deposit paid and no longer have obligations to the customer. Obviously the order does not start without a signature! In my case, a promotional price was also agreed and then unconfirmed and not respected (after I had challenged the clauses mentioned above on the contract to be signed), according to Mr. Salvatore appealing to the expired validity of the budget, and to problems with agreements with their supplier, when in truth they did not make themselves feel specially .... specific that I also had to wait for their comfortable around 10 working days to be able to confirm the color since in the meantime they had changed supplier and the one I chose in the phase of measurement was no longer available and I felt challenged about the timing! After my subsequent claim that the price had to be maintained they refused to take charge of the work for them because of my arrogant attitude, showing a certain touchiness and an attitude.
