★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno fatto tutti gli infissi di casa in PVC nuovi..all'inizio tutti simpatici e sorridenti dopo un anno chiedo se possono registrarmi le finestre visto che di 6 se ne chiude una...risultato dopo 3 volte in negozio mi dicono che mi richiameranno ridendo sotto i baffi...ovviamente nessuna chiamata ricevuta. Prezzo poco piu basso della media assistenza postvendita NULLA.
They made me all the new PVC windows of the house .. at the beginning all nice and smiling after a year I ask if the windows can register since 6 of them close one ... result after 3 times in the shop they tell me that they will call laughing under their mustache ... obviously no call received. Price slightly lower than the average after-sales service NOTHING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero pessima esperienza. Poi per montare 6 zanzariere, nulla di più. Purtroppo il giorno del montaggio non ho potuto essere presente ai lavori, che ho poi potuto constatare essere stati fatti con i piedi. Alla fine, dopo varie chiamate e rimostranze, è venuto fuori che avevano mandato un operaio in prova, nemmeno effettivo della loro squadra. Morale: di 6 zanzariere montate ce ne fosse una che si apre completamente o che rimanga correttamente agganciata quando la si chiude. Il problema, mi dessero, era in parte dovuto ai muri dei vani finestra che non sono perfettamente a squadro. Questo è senz'altro vero, ma allora io mi chiedo: cosa sono venuti a prendere le misure a fare prima di fare il lavoro? Francamente lo trovo un atteggiamento molto poco serio e professionale.
Dopo il danno, anche la beffa: la zanzariera di una portafinestra si strappò a causa del troppo gioco della guida inferiore in alluminio, uno dei cui angoli lacerò la rete. Convintissimo che si trattasse di un palese difetto dovuto a cattivo montaggio li ho richiamati confidando che la garanzia avrebbe coperto la riparazione del danno. Nemmeno per sogno: la zanzariera è stata addirittura mandata in fabbrica (e può anche starci), mi è tornata con il telaio del rullo ammaccato (e questo non ci sta assolutamente) e, in ultimo, hanno avuto il coraggio di chiedermi 20 Euro per il disturbo.
Il mio madornale errore è stato quello di averli pagati troppo presto, appena finita l'installazione. Ripeto: davvero pessima esperienza.

Unfortunately, on the day of the assembly, I was unable to be present at the works, which I then saw as having been done with my feet. Eventually, after several calls and complaints, it turned out that they had sent a probationary worker, not even effective on their team. Moral: of 6 mounted mosquito nets there was one that opens completely or that remains correctly hooked when closed. The problem, they told me, was partly due to the walls of the window compartments which are not perfectly square. This is certainly true, but then I ask myself: what did they come to take the steps to do before doing the work? Frankly, I find it a very unprofessional and serious attitude.
After the damage, even the insult: the mosquito net of a French door tore due to the too much play of the lower aluminum guide, one of whose corners tore the net. Convinced that it was an obvious defect due to bad assembly, I called them back, trusting that the warranty would cover the repair of the damage. Not even for a dream: the mosquito net was even sent to the factory (and it can even be there), it came back to me with the roller frame dented (and this absolutely does not fit) and, finally, they had the courage to ask me for 20 Euros for disorder.
My big mistake was that I paid them too soon after the installation was finished. I repeat: really bad experience.
