★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non c'è problema di serrature, chiavi, cassaforti, telecomandi etc che lo staff di questo modernissimo punto vendita non sappia risolvere. I titolare Tommaso è preparatissimo, come del resto tutte le sue collaboratrici e collaboratori.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuna disponibilità a sostituire la serratura acquistata pochi mesi prima alla quale già era stato cambiato circa due mesi fa il nottolino (a pagamento tra l'altro con la sentenza che c'era della colla...). Dovevamo la domenica ore 20 chiamare x l'assistenza 24 h ma il biglietto da visita era chiuso in casa e sul sito internet vi è il telefono fisso del negozio. Per entrare abbiamo dovuto rovinare la porta di legno massiccio ed abbozzare la serratura. Il problema entrambe le volte è stato che la chiave a doppia mappa non entrava fino in fondo.
No willingness to replace the lock purchased a few months earlier to which the pawl had already been changed about two months ago (for a fee, among other things, with the sentence that there was glue ...). We had to call for 24 h assistance on Sunday at 8pm but the business card was closed at home and on the website there is the store's landline phone. To enter we had to ruin the solid wooden door and sketch the lock. The problem both times was that the double bit key didn't go all the way in.

Livio e i suoi collaboratori hanno istallato le porte con precisione e cura dei particolari. Ho potuto constatare la notevole differenza confrontando con il lavoro fatto ad un vicino da un altro installatore. Quindi inutile comprare una bella porta se non te la istalla Livio di Chiavi e Serrature....

Livio and his collaborators installed the doors with precision and attention to detail. I was able to see the noticeable difference by comparing it with the work done on a neighbor by another installer. So it is useless to buy a beautiful door if you do not install Livio di Chiavi e Serrature ....
