★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per una riparazione fuori garanzia, mi hanno risposto che l’intervento sarebbe stato in due settimane. ho richiamato sul finire della seconda settimana e mi hanno di nuovo chiesto che problema avesse la lavastoviglie. Infine mi hanno detto che il tecnico sarebbe venuto il sabato mattino successivo...poco seri, apprezzavo di più se mi dicevano che abitavo lontano e che non sarebbero venti .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non ho avuto una buona esperienza con loro, sarà la prima e l'ultima volta.
Pagato €140 per la riparazione dell'asciugatrice, senza sapere cosa gli hanno fatto perché non sono stati per niente chiari, e dopo aver dato subito €50 in contanti al tecnico che è venuto a ritirarla(che nel 2021 vadano ancora in giro i tecnici senza la possibilità di farti pagare con il bancomat, ci sono rimasti solo loro),e le restanti€90 sono andata personalmente in negozio a pagarle con il bancomat.
A distanza di una settimana viene contattato mio marito sul cellulare, che tra l'altro sia il tecnico sia loro avevano come riferimento me e il mio numero, quindi non so neanche come abbiano fatto a chiamare lui, per dirgli che non risultava il pagamento del saldo.
Queste cose mi fanno imbestialire, prima perché come si sono permessi di chiamare lui anziché me secondo perché mi danno ancora di più la certezza della poca professionalità.

Mi sono recata in negozio per una guarnizione del forno. Dovevano ordinarla e alla loro richiesta se fossi stata capace di montarla da sola ho risposto "penso di si". Mi hanno detto che per i forni è sempre un po' un problema (ok, non sono esperta, ci può stare) e che in settimana sarebbero dovuti venire in zona per un altro intervento, quindi sarebbero passati loro "cosi ti accontentiamo", senza specificare il costo dell'intervento. ho sbagliato io a non chiederlo? può darsi, ma se fossero stati onesti avrebbero dovuto specificarmi subito il costo, così avrei valutato. invece mi hanno chiamato a sorpresa una mattina dicendomi che in mezzora sarebbero venuti. vista la semplicità della guarnizione il tempo impiegato per montarla (un minuto di orologio), senza dubbio sarei stata capace anche da sola. E chi è di mestiere queste cose le sa. Invece purtroppo devo dire che si sono approfittati della mia noncuranza nel chiedere prezzi e quant'altro. ho anch'io un negozio e la prima cosa che faccio è confrontarmi col cliente per trovare una soluzione insieme, non che appena possibile mi approfitto dell'ingenuità della gente.

And whoever is a professional knows these things. Instead, unfortunately, I must say that they took advantage of my carelessness in asking for prices and so on. I also have a shop and the first thing I do is talk to the customer to find a solution together, not that as soon as possible I take advantage of people's ingenuity.

If I need anything else for sure I will go elsewhere

Personale al bancone molto scortese, quasi che gli dai fastidio, riparazioni molto lente e mancanza di avviso e feedback al termine delle lavorazioni, tanto che ho dovuto chiamare io per sapere che la riparazione era stata ultimata. Ah, era pronta da almeno 20 giorni.
