 They installed the air conditioner in my apartment in Turin, in a difficult position and they were very good and punctual. I highly recommend them.

WORST SERVICE, STRUCTURE AND ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE ON THE CASTELMONTE PRODUCT DESPITE AN AUTHORIZED CENTER
I HAVE PUT A STAR IN THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PUT A NEGATIVE VALUE
I DID NOT APPRECIATE ANYTHING, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SOLVE A PROBLEM THAT, IF THEY KNOWED THE PRODUCT, WOULD HAVE TAKEN 10 MINIMUM LOW, HOWEVER ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER HAS DONE, UNTIL THE SAE OF BORIN, IT WAS VERY GOOD RESULT PREPARED

They are honest and transparent, communicate everything clearly and do a great job. So far I have called them twice, at the company and at home about problems with my air conditioner and have been satisfied both times.
