Сегодня мне сделали отвратительный маникюр в этом салоне - кутикулу не обрезали до конца, покрасили неровно, лак затёк за ноготь и кожа прилипла к пластине. В итоге придя домой я ещё исправляла всё. Я уже молчу про неприветливого мастера маникюра, которая далека от понятия «клиентский сервис».
Она красила как попало, зато сделала за 40 минут! Молодец) Такое было ощущение, что она работала на время, а не на качество.
Вообщем из русского стиля в этом салоне только одно название, к сожалению. Возможно из-за того, что все мастера итальянки и для них такой сервис в бьюти индустрии - это нормально.
Я вообще не скандальная и пишу негативный отзыв впервые, но испорченное настроение взяло верх.

As a result, when I came home, I still corrected everything. I am already silent about the unfriendly manicure master, who is far from the concept of "customer service".
She painted at random, but did it in 40 minutes! Well done) It felt like she worked for time, not quality.
In general, there is only one name from the Russian style in this salon, unfortunately. Perhaps due to the fact that all the masters are Italian and for them such a service in the beauty industry is normal.
I'm not scandalous at all and I am writing a negative review for the first time, but the spoiled mood prevailed.

I tried the Brazilian wax .... fantastic, almost no pain, as well as post wax redness. Top result?
Personal, prepared, kind, who makes you feel welcomed. Highly recommended.
