Tutto si può dire ma Rupi sul Mare ormai è un nome garanzia di ospitalità e cortesia. Spiaggia pulita posto sempre incantevole. Perfect day We had to wait a while because I have never seen so many people arrive at the same time to get an umbrella at Rupi sul Mare. Everything can be said but Rupi sul Mare is now a name that guarantees hospitality and courtesy. Always lovely clean beach.

Purtroppo a differenza degli scorsi anni ,devo registrare un peggioramento sia nell'organizzazione, sia nel modo in cui vengono trattati i bagnanti. Non accettando prenotazioni il gestore ci ha consigliato di arrivare presto in spiaggia per non rischiare di non trovare disponibilità di posto. Seguito il consiglio, siamo giunti alle 8 del mattino ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare una mezz'ora prima di entrare in possesso dell' ombrellone e dei lettini che tra l'altro ho dovuto prendere io dal loro deposito in quanto c'era un solo dipendente che si prodigava a montarli tutti. Dico io. Perché non lasciarli in spiaggia già dal giorno prima? Se non accetti prenotazioni telefoniche ,e in un certo senso mi obblighi ad arrivare presto in spiaggia,almeno non mi dovresti far attendere mezz'ora per avere il mio ombrellone (mezz'ora perché me lo son preso io stesso). Mia moglie lamentandosi del disservizio si è sentita dire in modo alquanto sgarbato da un certo Alessandro " Signora se vuole le rido' i soldi così può andare altrove". Io credo che l'arma vincente per un esercizio commerciale, qualunque esso sia,debba essere la gentilezza e la professionalità soprattutto ora che si cerca di uscire da una crisi economica che ha colpito tutti indistintamente. Entrambe le cose sono venute meno. I was yesterday with my wife and son. I say. Why not leave them on the beach the day before? If you don't accept telephone bookings, and in a way you force me to get to the beach early, at least you shouldn't make me wait half an hour to get my umbrella (half an hour because I took it myself). My wife, complaining of the disservice, was told in a rather rude way by a certain Alessandro "Madam, if you want I will give you back your money so you can go elsewhere". I believe that the winning weapon for a business, whatever it is, must be kindness and professionalism, especially now that we are trying to get out of an economic crisis that has affected everyone without distinction. Both things have failed.
L	Luca Di fraia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiaggia libera stupenda, bel mare, scogliera ........ Poi per chi ama avere tutte le comodità c'é anche la possibilità di affittare lettini e ombrellone. Per quanto mi riguarda, la spiaggia libera con servizio è la soluzione migliore, c'é il baretto ben rifornito con prezzi veramente onesti. Servizio di noleggio pedalò e canoe. Consigliatissimo Wonderful free beach, beautiful sea, cliff ........ Then for those who love to have all the comforts there is also the possibility of renting sunbeds and umbrellas. As far as I'm concerned, the free beach with service is the best solution, there is a well-stocked bar with really fair prices. Pedalo and canoe rental service. Highly recommended
J	Jellyfish Taste on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la prima volta per me a Gaeta ed è la prima volta che mi ritrovo in un posto così familiare. L’hotel è un posto dove ci stai giusto per dormire ovviamente, letti, comodini, un armadio è un bagno (con la doccia che purtroppo è un po’ piccola e bagna tutto per terra) ma comunque sia ho dormito molto bene. Non dispone di aria condizionata ne zanzariera ma non ho avuto problemi di insetti ne di caldo visto che in questa zona fa davvero un bel fresco piacevole. Se volete fare un’esperienza diversa dal solito vi consiglio questo posto, la signora del bar è deliziosa, le tielle buonissime e i cornetti della colazione sono divini. Bisogna trovare la bellezza nelle piccole cose e Rupi sul mare ha rapito una parte del mio cuore. Il personale gentilissimo è disponibile, e il mare è quello che rende tutto perfetto. Spiaggia stupenda, mare limpidissimo è vista spettacolare. It is the first time for me in Gaeta and it is the first time that I find myself in such a familiar place. The hotel is a place where you are right to sleep of course, beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a bathroom (with a shower which unfortunately is a bit small and wet everything on the floor) but I slept very well anyway. It does not have air conditioning or a mosquito net but I had no problems with insects or heat as it is really nice and cool in this area. If you want to have a different experience than usual, I recommend this place, the lady at the bar is delightful, the tielle are delicious and the breakfast croissants are divine. Beauty must be found in small things and Rupi sul mare has stolen a part of my heart. The very kind staff is helpful, and the sea is what makes everything perfect. Stunning beach, crystal clear sea and spectacular views.
M	Maria Griffo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel lascia veramente a desiderare, non vi consiglio assolutamente camera con vista monti che era a vista muro di pietre, corredato da piante piene di zanzare.... Se proprio non potete avere la fortuna di prenotare una camera vista mare portate con voi del ddt ed un ventilatore funzionante. Ovviamente non pensate di trovare delle zanzariere. Il ventilatore messo a disposizione della struttura diciamo era più paragonabile ad un vecchio trattore. Vi lascio immaginare la mia notte insonne. Ottimo il servizio spiaggia. The hotel really leaves something to be desired, I absolutely do not recommend a room with a view of the mountains which was an exposed stone wall, accompanied by plants full of mosquitoes .... If you really can't be lucky enough to book a room with a sea view, take some transport document with you and a working fan. Obviously, don't think about finding mosquito nets. Let's say the fan made available to the structure was more comparable to an old tractor. I let you imagine my sleepless night. Excellent beach service.
g	giancarlo de gennaro (giko) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rupi sul mare resta per me il posto del cuore, un luogo meraviglioso, dove puoi rilassarti anche in presenza di bambini, un luogo sicuro insomma. Ho soggiornato in albergo e devo dire che meriterebbe una rinfrescata per portare tale soggiorno ad un livello superiore, la cornice merita. Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia, resta molto scomodo non poter prenotare e andare sul sicuro, quasi tutti raggiungono il luogo dopo viaggi di media durata e non amano trovare brutte sorprese. Sui servizi offerti nulla da dire. Spero di tornare altre mille volte e mi auguro di trovare sempre più motivi per farlo. I stayed in the hotel and I must say that it deserves a refresh to take this stay to a higher level, the setting deserves. As for the beach, it is very inconvenient not to be able to book and be on the safe side, almost everyone reaches the place after trips of medium duration and do not like to find nasty surprises. Nothing to say about the services offered. I hope to come back a thousand times and I hope to find more and more reasons to do so.
