★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Lage hoch am Berg mit Blick Richtung Bozen. Gute Ferienwohnungen, bestens ausgestattet. Wir waren schon mehrfach hier, zu allen Jahreszeiten. Sind immer wieder begeistert.
Nice location high on the mountain with views towards Bolzano. Good apartments, well equipped. We have been here several times, in all seasons. Are always excited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten für Juni als Familie gebucht. Familie Haselrieder schreibt bereits auf Ihrer Homepage, dass sie die Stornogebühren behalten. Bei Eigenverschulden oder kurzfristigen Absagen verstehen wir das.
In einer Zeit wie Corona, wo es tatsächlich Einreiseverbote bis zuletzt für Südtirol gab, finden wir es äußert unangebracht und unverständlich, dass wir die Stornogebühren nicht zurückerstattet bekommen haben.
Solange ein Einreiseverbot in einem Land besteht, ist es ja gar nicht erlaubt zu kommen, sogar strafbar und vieles war bis auf Weiteres nicht planbar.
Es wurde lediglich auf „Kulanz“ für dieses Jahr das Angeld berücksichtigt werden, so hieß es. Jedoch sind natürlich auch viele Zeiträume ausgebucht und wir können uns urlaubstechnisch nicht ausschließlich an Familie Haselrieders freien Optionen orientieren, da wir auf die Ferien der Kinder angewiesen sind. Auch die Frage, ob die „Kulanz“ für 2021 ausgeweitet wird, wurde verneint.
Unter Kulanz verstehen wir etwas anderes. Sehr schade und zum Ärger vieler Urlauber. Flexibilität und Offenheit wären unsere Wünsche gewesen.
We had booked as a family for June. The Haselrieder family already writes on their homepage that they keep the cancellation fees. We understand this in the case of personal negligence or short-term cancellations.
In a time like Corona, where there were actually entry bans for South Tyrol right up to the end, we find it extremely inappropriate and incomprehensible that we have not been reimbursed the cancellation fees.
As long as there is an entry ban in a country, it is not even allowed to come, it is even punishable and much could not be planned for the time being.
It was only considered as a "goodwill" deposit for this year, so it was said. However, many periods are of course fully booked and we cannot rely exclusively on the Haselrieders family's free options when it comes to vacation, as we are dependent on the children's vacation. The question of whether the “goodwill” will be extended for 2021 was also answered in the negative.
We understand goodwill to be something else. A shame and to the annoyance of many vacationers. Flexibility and openness would have been our wishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Wohnungen und Natur zum Erholen , Freier Blick auf die Dolomiten.Wir haben 7 Jahre immer zum Kastelruther Spatzenfest dort gewohnt und uns immer wohl gefühlt . Täglich frische Milch von Hofeigenen Kühen kann man jeden Abend bekommen. . Netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, bei allen Fragen gerne behilflich.
Very nice apartments and nature to relax, unobstructed view of the Dolomites. We have always lived there for 7 years for the Kastelruther Spatzenfest and have always felt at home. Fresh milk from the farm's own cows is available every evening. . Nice contact with the landlords, happy to help with any questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruhig gelegene, saubere, neue Ferienwohnung mit herrlichen Ausblick. Die Familie war sehr zuvorkommend & nett, man konnte sich sogar frische Milch vom Stall holen. Man kann alle Wanderungen direkt von der Haustür beginnen - wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Quiet, clean, new apartment with a wonderful view. The family was very accommodating & nice, you could even get fresh milk from the stable. You can start all hikes right from the front door - we were very satisfied.
