L	Licia Tarli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio giudizio non può che essere positivo. Mia madre era stata letteralmente abbandonata a se stessa dai medici dell'ospedale. È entrata nell'rsa che non camminava, non riusciva a muoversi sul letto ed era a serio rischio sepsi a causa di un'infezione. In questa struttura ha trovato le cure e l'attenzione che l'ospedale le aveva negato. È uscita tre mesi dopo sulle sue gambe! Inoltre i medici sono stati sempre disponibili e anche dopo la dimissione ho trovato in loro un valido aiuto per la gestione di mia madre. Per i MIRACOLI si devono ancora attrezzare!! My opinion can only be positive. My mother was literally left to fend for herself by the hospital doctors. She entered the rsa who was not walking, could not move on the bed and was at serious risk of sepsis due to an infection. In this facility she found the care and attention that the hospital had denied her. She came out three months later on her legs! In addition, the doctors were always available and even after discharge I found in them a valid help for the management of my mother. For the MIRACLES they still have to equip !!

Ho apprezzato ,da parte di tutti gli operatori, attenzione e professionalità nei confronti dei pazienti e disponibilità a rispondere alle richieste di noi familiari. Gli ambienti ampi e puliti, la buona cucina, la possibilità di utilizzare il giardino nel periodo estivo, la puntuale cura della persona e l'opportunità di intrattenere rapporti con altri ospiti, hanno reso più accettabile il lungo periodo trascorso da mia madre nella RSA. Ritengo che la struttura sia ottima e consiglierei a tutti coloro che dovessero averne bisogno di affidarsi alle cure dei professionisti che lì operano. Grazie ancora proprio a tutti. I appreciated, on the part of all the operators, attention and professionalism towards patients and willingness to respond to the requests of us family members. The large and clean rooms, the good food, the possibility of using the garden in the summer, the timely personal care and the opportunity to entertain relationships with other guests, have made the long period spent by my mother in the nursing home more acceptable. Fanno a scaricabarile dalla segreteria al resto del personale. Pulizia della persona malata inesistente. Togliete la dignità a familiari e pazienti. Senza umanità. Vergognosi. When your father is sick you admit him here, when you call the doctor to ask how he is they tell you that the doctor will be looking for family members if he deems it appropriate. G	Giovanni Seminara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura, a partire dall'accoglienza e dalla disponibilità del personale alla reception, velocissime e efficenti, infermieri, medici, fisioterapiste, OSS, e personale dell'amministrazione altrettanto efficente e disponibile, il cibo è ottimo, la struttura è molto pulita, alcune camere hanno addirittura la vista sul mare, noi con nostra madre ci siamo trovati benissimo!! Cose da migliorare? Forse l'approccio di un paio di OSS con il paziente, per il resto a nostro avviso nessun problema, lieti di proseguire la nostra esperienza,non potevamo lasciate nostra madre in mani migliori... È stato rimesso in piedi, nonostante i quasi 95 anni, con la professionalità dimostrata dal personale medico ed infermieristico; abbiamo potuto apprezzare la buona condizione del vitto e la buona cura della pulizia. Consigliato. My father-in-law was hospitalized there for three months, due to the after-effects of a fall from a fractured femur. Despite being almost 95 years old, he was put back on his feet with the professionalism demonstrated by the medical and nursing staff; we were able to appreciate the good condition of the food and the good care taken in cleaning. Recommended.
c	carlo micalone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOVEMBRE 2021- Mio padre è ricoverato nella struttura da 3 mesi; è arrivato in condizioni critiche da 2 ricoveri e, per quanto detto da ospedale di L'Aquila, sembrava non dovesse farcela. Devo dire che durante questo periodo è stato praticamente recuperato ed oggi è in grado anche di mangiare a tavola e di parlare. Le cure sono state costanti con una sua ripresa psico-fisica molto netta. Il personale è cortese e disponibile in ogni momento e la struttura è ben tenuta. Ogni informazione sulla evoluzione clinica mi è sempre stata comunicata tempestivamente. Particolare importante, l'ho sempre trovato pulito e senza cattivi odori, come invece avevo dovuto constatare in altra RSA dove era stato. Il ricovero a S.Maria Ausiliatrice si è rivelato di grande aiuto per la nostra situazione. E	Enzo Di Muzio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio fratello ha avuto un incidente a fina Novembre del 2021, il 10 Dicembre è stato trasferito presso questa RSA per un periodo di riabilitazione, ma fino al 19 Gennaio 2022 non ha effettuato nessuna riabilitazione, il giorno 20 Gennaio inizia la riabilitazione, a fine Gennaio risulta positivo al covid, fine della riabilitazione, il 07 Febbraio la Asl di Montesilvano concede un altro mese di permanenza nella RSA . Considerando il periodo di permanenza in ospedale, mio fratello è stato per 56 giorni a letto senza fare riabilitazione. Cosa succede al corpo umano che rimane fermo per 56 giorni fermo a letto? Chi doveva controllare dove stava? La Asl di Montesilvano che ha concesso un altro mese è andata di persona a controllare a che punto era la fase di riabilitazione? Oppure devo pensare che tutto deve andare così? Il giorno 11 di Febbraio decido di portare mio fratello via da questo posto e mettere fine a questo spettacolo indecoroso.. Arrivato a casa, dopo un controllo, mi accorgo che mancavano alcuni indumenti, avviso la RSA, ma a tutt'oggi nessuna risposta. È normale tutto questo? Chi dovrebbe controllare queste strutture cosa fanno? L	LADYMARY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è la migliore della provincia di Pescara, il personale è meraviglioso specialmente gli OSS che sanno trattare i pazienti con cura e amore e sono sempre disponibili nonostante il forte carico di lavoro. Le infermiere sono brave e professionali ma solo in parte. Il caposala è speciale, tratta tutti i pazienti con dolcezza e rispetto. La cucina è ottima, pulitissima con menu leggero ma gustoso. Da due anni a questa parte, da quando c'è nuovo direttore le cose funzionano meglio, fa tutto con amore ed è sempre disponibile. Sono felice di far parte di questa grande famiglia da 5 anni, ringrazio tutti di cuore.
