Dopo contatto un incaricato mi ha detto che mi avrebbe richiamato per un appuntamento presso la mia abitazione per fare un preventivo gratuito della spesa da sostenere,ma e incredibile non mi ha più richiamano . Per correttezza ho richiamato io ma la prima chiamata non ha risposto nessuno ,poi dopo mia insistenza telefonica mi ha risposto lo stesso venditore aziendale che avevo contattato nella giornata e con un modo infastidito mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto sapere entro ieri un appuntamento per verifica preventivo in casa mia,ma Scomparso nessuna chiamata. Sarà un caso ma di certo non merita 5 stelle e neanche 0 stelle un servizio così buona giornata. Good morning I contacted this company with the job quotes I have to do in Chieti. After contacting a person in charge he told me that he would call me back for an appointment at my home to make a free estimate of the expenses to be incurred, but it is incredible that he never called me back. To be fair, I called back but the first call did not answer anyone, then after my telephone insistence I was answered by the same company salesman I had contacted during the day and with an annoyed way he told me that he would let me know within yesterday an appointment for verification quote in my house, but no call disappeared. It will be a coincidence but it certainly does not deserve 5 stars and not even 0 stars such a good day service.

Per questo consiglio vivamente il servizio di Centro Infissi Italia, grande cura nei dettagli, gentilezza con il cliente, ed ottimo risultato finale! Parola di architetto! Con il Covid i lavori a casa mia si sono fermati e quando è stato il momento di riprenderli per terminarli, sono tornata in negozio. Non erano disponibili ma mi avrebbero contattata... Non li ho sentiti così li ho chiamati. Avrebbero soltanto dovuto aggiornare il preventivo in rialzo perché nel frattempo i prezzi sono aumentati. Ok. Ho detto. Inviatemi il preventivo. Non ho ricevuto niente. Li ho ricontattati e sono tornata in negozio. Mah! Non ho avuto il preventivo. Ero pronta a firmarlo. Mi sono rivolta ad un'altra ditta. Ho scelto finestre top di gamma, migliori di quelle del negozio precedente. Ho firmato il contratto d'acquisto con una spesa di 8800 €. I went to the showroom and chose windows worth € 14,000. I contacted them and went back to the shop. Mah! I didn't get the quote. I was ready to sign it. I turned to another company. I chose top-of-the-range windows, better than the ones from the previous shop. I signed the purchase contract with a cost of € 8800.
