Ho dovuto pagare il tecnico, indicatomi dal fornitore, per la sostituzione delle ferramenta difettose alle finestre installate solo 10 mesi prima. Il difetto si è presentato già dopo 2 mesi dal montaggio, ma Indoor si è rifiutato categoricamente di fare i lavori in garanzia, anche se l'azienda fornitrice delle ferramenta ha concesso i materiali per la sostituzione in modalità gratuita. Io ho fatto l'errore di saldare l'intera fattura anticipatamente, posso consigliare i futuri clienti di trattenersi una % della fattura da saldare dopo almeno un anno dal montaggio così da verificare eventuali difetti. La mia valutazione è 0 e non 1. No after-sales assistance. I had to pay the coach, indicatomi supplier for the replacement of defective hardware on windows installed only 10 months ago. The defect occurred as early as 2 months after assembly, but Indoor has categorically refused to do warranty work, even though the hardware supply company has granted the materials for replacement in free mode. I made the mistake of paying the entire bill in advance, I can advise future customers to keep a% of the invoice to be paid at least one year after assembly so as to check for any defects.
