Volevo comprare una stumpjumper nuova, e loro mi hanno fatto il prezzo migliore tra i vari concessionari liguri. Bici arrivata come promesso, manuenuta sempre perfetta. Mi muovevo da Savona solo per farla manutenere a lui. Sempre gentile, sempre disponibile, prezzi corretti. Adesso dovrò ripassare per acquistare una Turbo Levo e credo che la comprerò da lui... I write this review amazed and annoyed by the various negative feedbacks. I met Paolo about 8 years ago by accident. I wanted to buy a new stumpjumper, and they made me the best price among the various Ligurian dealers. Bike arrived as promised, always perfect. I moved from Savona only to have it maintained by him. D	Duke Luke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'incirca 6 mesi fa ho portato la mia s-works a far aggiustare causa caduta e già quella volta ha cercato di dirmi che il manubrio in carbonio sarebbe stato da cambiare ma essendo stato furbo prima di farmelo cambiare ho fatto le foto io stesso al manubrio in caso avesse avuto la brillante idea di romperlo e poi chiedere soldi per cambiarlo ( non mi aveva dato una bella impressione) nonostante ciò senza manubrio mi ha chiesto 400 euro per un semplice check up ... Sfortunatamente poi non sono più potuto andare in bici fino a questa settimana dove ho appunto notato un piccolo problemino al cambio allora ho incaricato un amico di portargliela e neanche il tempo di prenderla in mano che se ne esce con " il gruppo è da cambiare" neanche il cambio... E per farlo ci volevano ovviamente sui 2k ma anche qui la puzza mi stava soffocando , perciò decisi di portarla da un altro che giusto il tempo di montarla si è accorto che nel pignone dietro c'erano 2 coroncine da 19 ( doveva essere 11-25 ma era 11-23 per qualche strano motivo) che mi hanno incasinato il cambio . Fatto cambiare catena , pignone e con 100 € compresa manodopera ho risolto tutto il mio problema perciò se vede le zampate non state a cercare il lupo. And to do it obviously it took on the 2k but even here the stench was suffocating me, so I decided to take it to someone else who, just enough time to mount it, realized that in the rear pinion there were 2 19 crowns (it had to be 11-2 5 but it was 11-23 for some strange reason) that they messed up the change. Having changed the chain, sprocket and with 100 € including labor I solved all my problem so if you see the paws do not look for the wolf.
C	Claudio C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovandomi in Liguria, sono andato circa 2 settimane fa per un problema a una turbo levo nuova del 2020! Spiegando il difetto (la bici non rimaneva accesa più di 30 secondi, si spegneva da sola pur avendo la batteria completamente carica) il titolare mi risponde con supponenza che era la cpu difettata e costava 150€, io ho chiesto se ne era sicuro… lui me ne prova una in suo possesso e mi dice “io sono 30 anni che faccio questo lavoro vorrà mica cosa devo fare”; ovviamente non me l’ha sostituita in garanzia anche se la bici ha pochi mesi e mi ripete il costo di 150€! Peccato che recandomi dal mio solito rivenditore vicino a Biella, una settimana dopo, in quanto era chiuso per ferie, appena ha visto la cpu mi ha chiesto se il rivenditore (pluridecorato con 30 anni di esperienza) aveva provato a cambiarmi la piccola pila interna (valore circa 1€, tipo quella dei telecomandi) ….. ho pensato: vuoi mica che un rivenditore Autorizzato Specializer così “esperto” non ci sia arrivato?? Ebbene si, cambiato piletta e la bici funziona benissimo…. io ho perso l’opportunità di girare in bici durante le mie ferie per una pila da pochi centesimi di €, ma il caro rivenditore di San Bartolomeo mi sa che se continua a dare un servizio così pessimo perda non pochi clienti. I lost the opportunity to ride a bike during my vacation for a pile of a few cents of €, but the dear dealer from San Bartolomeo knows that if he continues to give such bad service he will lose many customers. Service to be avoided as very expensive and rude staff. I have paid 30 Eur for 10 mins work. Nearby other shop but was closed unfortunaltly in Septemeber.
