★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good place to spend several days! Panorama view on the sea. Large outdoor swimming pool with heated water of some 28 degrees. Beautiful flowers in the garden. Rooms with very large terrace. Internet is good with speed up to 17 Mbit/s with no password! Parking is free in front of the hotel if you are lucky enough to find the place, otherwise 18 €.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rosa was the highlight of our visit to Sanremo. At the reception she greeted us warmly and professionally at 11pm and checked us out the next afternoon.
The hotel is an old grand hotel who’s height was really in the 60s. Huge renovations would need to be considered but the glamor still remains which is very hard to find these days. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding and all staff extremely professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent stay. We enjoyed our week at the Royal Sanremo. The Royal stand out for it impecable service. Both restaurants offer a classic italian kitchen with ligurian influences with a wine list for all budgets. We had a comfortable old-school Superior Room with a small balcony. Great seaview and view on the hotel gardens with its impressive palms. In the evening enjoying the aperitivo on the bar's terrace with piano tunes in the background. Pool area was quite crowded as it was high season. It was lovely to enjoy breakfast each morning on the terrace, however breakfast buffet is a point of improvement it missed a bit the 'finesse' one expects of a 5 star luxury hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here last week .Sea view room was nice and cleaned well each day.Breakfast was poor compared to our previous stays.Swimming pool area needs improving but it needed this a few years ago, very tired decking uneaven crazy paving with deteriorating pointing and tiles that ends up in the pool which remained there during our 5 days.Lovely pool but should be swept down each night especially as it closes at 6pm.The Hotel is beautiful but you can only live of this for so long .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice rooms! Staff is very nice and helpful! However some amenities do not make sense. The gym opens up after 1pm!
The breakfast buffet is not up to par on a five star hotel! Food is good but not great!

The room was nice but extremely disappointing that there were no coffee machine and/or kettle. First time we saw that in a 5* hotel!! Even after askin nobody Organized it
Reception saw we have a baby but still gave us a room close to some big groups and our rooms were separated just with a door. In the evening when guys were getting dressed to go out was very loud and we heard everything. Not the best for a small child who is sleeping
Breakfast was good but several dishes were for extra price.
Very nice location and view.
Great that there is no parking and dog fee.
