★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La professionalità non appartiene a questo luogo, oggi ho accompagnato un'amica per dei trattamenti, la persona alla reception è di una scortesia infinita...spero per loro che si tratti di un comportamento riservato solo agli acquirenti di cupon! Anche se resta comunque un comportamento inaccettabile. Sconsigliato!

Ho acquistato 3 pulizie viso l’anno scorso avvisando subito che avrei potuto fare solo la prima e le altre due finirle una volta tornata da una destinazione lavorativa in cui sarei stata per almeno 7 mesi. L’ho fatto presente alla titolare ancora prima dell’acquisto e lei mi ha detto che non c’erano problemi, mi sono fidata perché penso che la parola d’onore valga ancora qualcosa ed invece...mi presento per quello che avevo già pagato e vengo respinta perché “Eeh è passato del tempo non mi ricordo più”

What to say. Dishonest person. I purchased 3 face cleaners last year and immediately warned that I could only do the first one and finish the other two once I returned from a work destination where I would have been for at least 7 months. I made this known to the owner even before the purchase and she told me that there were no problems, I trusted because I think the word of honor is still worth something and instead ... I introduce myself for what I already had paid and I am rejected because "Eeh it's been a while, I don't remember anymore"

Coperchio del barattolo principale???(con somma gioia della cliente successiva) Inguine si è trasformato per "incomprensione di groupon" in esterno coscia:hanno tenuto a precisare il termine...spiegando a me,che quello che intendevo io e tutte le altre estetiste da cui sono stata si chiamano pube e grandi labbra...ora...se non fosse che ho superato l'esame di anatomia sarei uscita da lì con le idee confuse!!!per la cronaca la mezza gamba inferiore non include il ginocchio...in sostanza NON ANDATE!

(to the delight of the next customer) Groin has been transformed by "groupon misunderstanding" into the outer thigh: they have kept to clarify the term ... explaining to me, that what I meant and all the other beauticians I have been to are called pubis and labia majora ... now ... if it weren't for the fact that I passed the anatomy exam I would have come out of there with confused ideas !!! for the record the lower half leg does not include the knee ... basically DO NOT GO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un coupon su Groupon e che dire il signore che risponde al telefono non sa minimamente cosa voglia dire l’educazione e non sa lavorare con le persone.. una persona così non dovrebbe essere a contatto con la clientela.. ho fissato l’appuntamento e non potendo andarci ho chiamato giorni prima per posticiparlo e mi ha detto che ormai non potevo più cambiarlo e dato che quando volevo fissarlo mi ha chiesto il codice di sicurezza del coupon e io gliel’ho fornito quando sono andato su Groupon per annullare il coupon che giustamente non avevo ancora utilizzato loro lo avevano già riscosso..
