Hanno avuto il coraggio di farmi chiedere il rimborso della caparra direttamente al pasticcere che ha fatto la torta, come se fosse logico, per il cliente, avere a che fare con i dipendenti e non con i responsabili. Se siete alla ricerca di competenza e correttezza rivolgetevi tranquillamente a qualcun altro!
