Ci sono tante pasticcerie ad Alessandria dove vale la pena prendere delle consumazioni con maggior confort. Se dovessi valutare solo i prodotti e il locale darei una recensione positivissima. 6.50€ una cioccolata calda. Perché? -arrivi e nessuno ti accoglie, sei disorientato e nel dubbio fai la coda -non c'è servizio al tavolo, devi fare la coda tu e prenderti un vassoio -la cioccolata calda sul vassoio è servita in un piattino non compatibile al bicchiere. Questo lo rende instabile e mentre te lo porti al tavolo rischi di rovesciartelo. -per via del covid non ci si può sedere all'interno, ma solo all'esterno. (Ci sono le stufette e coperte ma non è comunque la stessa cosa che stare dentro, ma questo è un gusto personale magari) -i tavolini all'estero sono piccolissimi e già con due vassoi non hai spazio -il bagno (quando sono andata io) era guasto e quindi inagibile. La mia domanda è al locale: vale la pena secondo voi fare spendere 6.50€ per la vostra ciccolata calda ora dove non è compreso nemmeno il servizio? It pains me to leave such a low review but we just didn't. There are many pastry shops in Alexandria where it is worth taking drinks with greater comfort. If I had to evaluate only the products and the place I would give a very positive review. 6.50 € a hot chocolate. Because? - you arrive and no one welcomes you, you are disoriented and queuing up when in doubt -there is no table service, you have to queue up and get yourself a tray -the hot chocolate on the tray is served in a saucer that is not compatible with the glass. This makes it unstable and as you bring it to the table you risk knocking it over. - because of the covid you cannot sit inside, but only outside. (There are heaters and blankets but it's still not the same as being inside, but maybe that's a personal taste) -the tables abroad are very small and already with two trays you don't have space -The bathroom (when I went) was out of order and therefore unusable. My question is to the local: is it worth it in your opinion to spend € 6.50 for your hot chocolate now where the service is not even included?

Sono innamorata di questo posto, della location e dei prodotti che offre. Finalmente una pasticceria moderna e di alta qualità. Personale gentile e cordiale! Many varieties of brioches and scones. The pastries are modern and of quality .... Their cakes well make any occasion special. I am in love with this place, the location and the products it offers. Finally a modern and high quality pastry. Nice and friendly staff!

Ho letto alcune recensioni passate sulla presunta maleducazione dei camerieri... ASSOLUTAMENTE NO!! anzi ci eravamo sistemati nei tavoli più esterni e il cameriere si è premurato di spostarci sempre all esterno ma dove c era il riscaldamento. Caffetteria di qualità ma sono le brioches ad essere veramente il top. La sfoglia è ottima con molta varietà di gusti. Prezzo nella norma. Breakfast for two adults and two children. Let's start with the anti covid 19 regulations fully respected despite the large turnout of people. I have read some past reviews about the alleged rudeness of the waiters ... ABSOLUTELY NOT !! indeed we had settled in the outermost tables and the waiter took care to always move outside but where there was the heating. Quality coffee shop but it is the croissants that are truly the top. The pastry is excellent with a lot of variety of flavors. Price in the norm.

Sarà pure ricco il cestino di accompagnamento al drink (che tra l'altro non ho apprezzato perchè caratterizzato da rustici che mischiano dolce e salato, dallo stile un po' kitsch) ma il prezzo FISSO che viene imposto per l'aperitivo è assolutamente inadeguato all'offerta. Non siete nella piazzetta di Capri... Datevi una regolata. ;) Pleasant location in the heart of Alessandria ... Exactly, Alessandria! Paying an aperitif 14 EUR is really robbery. The accompanying drink basket will also be rich (which among other things I did not appreciate because it is characterized by rustic dishes that mix sweet and salty, with a somewhat kitschy style) but the FIXED price that is imposed for the aperitif is absolutely inadequate for the 'offering. You are not in the square of Capri ... Get a grip on yourself. ;)

Table service was so slow, even with the staff looking right at us from behind the counter multiple times, that we eventually got up to order (upon which we were told to sit down and our food would be brought to us). Very bizarre process but good food nonetheless.
A	Andy B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is more of a tourist attraction than a pastry shop. It's nicely decorated although can be a bit tacky at times. Great sweets and great coffee complete the experience. It's a little pricey but it's to be expected for the quality of what they offer.
