★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle eccellenze di Alessandria. Ottimi pasticcini e una super golosissima torta tradizionale La Polentina ( dolce di Napoleone). Non fermatevi al nome perché non è solo farina di mais, ma un'esplosione di golosità. Ottimi anche i pasticcini per intolleranti come i crumiri fatti con farina di riso. Insomma una tappa obbligata per chi passa in via Trotti.
One of the excellences of Alessandria. Excellent pastries and a super yummy traditional La Polentina cake (Napoleon's cake). Do not stop at the name because it is not just corn flour, but an explosion of goodies. Also excellent are the pastries for intolerant people such as scabs made with rice flour. In short, a must for anyone passing through via Trotti.
