Dovevamo sostituire una vecchia scala a chiocciola in un vano piccolissimo. A sopralluogo avvenuto, ci hanno anche consigliato quali procedure e quali pratiche seguire. Il risultato parla da solo. Professionalism, competence and maximum availability. Attentive to details and customer problems. We had to replace an old spiral staircase in a very small space. After an inspection, they also advised us on what procedures and which practices to follow. The result speaks for itself.

Oltre alla qualità e all'attenzione nel lavoro svolto ho potuto constatare la professionalità di altissimo livello. La differenza con altri fornitori di scale che ho conosciuto negli anni è molta. Nella gestione dei due lavori svolti ho sempre avuto la netta impressione che per loro la cosa che davvero conta è realizzare il lavoro a regola d'arte, in uno dei lavori hanno fatto delle modifiche migliorative al progetto senza chiedere un euro in più, questo solo perché sapevano che sarebbe stato più bello! Li ho contattati dopo aver visto dei loro lavori pubblicati in rete, ho letto il blog aziendale, e mi ha colpito da subito la passione che traspare dai loro testi, abbiamo letto diverse recensioni in rete :-) Poi li abbiamo contattati per un primo preventivo, che ci hanno fornito nel giro di qualche giorno. Il prezzo era in linea con il nostro budget e abbiamo deciso di proseguire con loro. Già dalla prima visita in cantiere abbiamo apprezzato la competenza, mi ha convinto la soluzione proposta dal sig. Giuseppe e ci siamo affidati alla sua visione. Il lavoro mi ha stupito, davvero non mi aspettavo uno spettacolo simile. che dire...noi ci siamo fidati di loro. Ne sono felice !! The price was in line with our budget and we decided to stick with them. Already from the first visit to the site we appreciated the competence, the solution proposed by Mr. Giuseppe and we relied on his vision. The work amazed me, I really did not expect such a show. what about ... we trusted them. I'm happy !!

Giuseppe il quale ha saputo darci informazioni dettagliate in merito al modello al quale eravamo interessati, valutato il preventivo abbiamo accettato e confermato il lavoro. Il giorno del montaggio siamo rimasti assolutamente colpi dalla grande professionalità del team Riversi, i ragazzi che sono venuto in casa nostra Davide, Alessandro, Enrico oltre alle loro capacità, dimostrate dall’ottimo risultato, sono stati educatissimi, molto rispettosi e sopratutto attentissimi a non sporcare o rovinare il resto dell’arredamento. Non possiamo far altro che essere davvero molto contenti e consigliare l’azienda Roversi. We contacted the Roversi company, found through their instagram profile. Premetto che vivo in una cascina ristrutturata , con muri assolutamente non dritti . Il fato mi ha fatto vedere su internet Roversi scale , ho chiamato , e il giorno dopo avevo già un preventivo. Ho trovato una professionalità incredibile ,nel modo di lavorare , nel rispetto dei tempi di consegna e nell’ottimo materiale che utilizzano . Voglio veramente consigliare a chiunque questi professionisti . Mi hanno fatto una scala su misura meravigliosa, dove tutti mi dicevano impossibile. Ringrazio Mario e i suoi collaboratori per il bellissimo lavoro che hanno fatto . Sono venuto a conoscenza della Roversi Scale Custom Made ed una volta fatto il sopralluogo mi ha dato diverse possibilità creando una scala su misura come la desideravamo, addirittura hanno dato la loro disponibilità durante i lavori per far sì che tutte le misure dove sarebbe stata poi installata la scala fossero corrette. Un fattore che contraddistingue l’azienda soprattutto nella persona del titolare Mario è l’estrema gentilezza e cortesia nell’andare incontro al cliente per trovare un punto d’accordo. Una realtà veramente sana e semplice; per la prossima casa speriamo di dovere installare un’altra scala per affidarci nuovamente alla Roversi Scale ed alle loro fantastiche realizzazioni. Despite the logistic difficulties (Roversi Scale are based in north of Italy and my house is in London) I received the same service like if they were based 1 mile away from my home. The other plus is that Roversi offers a fully bespoke product; they can design the staircase that fit perfectly the space available in your house, following your wish and providing the correct technical advice. Everyone that come to my property is amazed by the staircase. Thanks again to Mario and all his team.
