Il signore al telefono mi ha detto che per l'intervento a domicilio avrei dovuto attendere del tempo ma che se smontavo il portellone e glielo portavo in negozio vedevano cosa fare. Così ho fatto, sono andato in negozio e poco dopo ero già a casa col portellone montato e lavatrice perfettamente funzionante. Grazie! Anche per la gentilezza e i consigli. La seconda volta, la porta del nostro forno non si chiudeva più allora ho preso il pannello e l'ho portato da Rosy Star che prontamente il titolare (credo) ha subito ispezionato confermando la rottura delle cerniere. Ordinate le cerniere e inserite nel pannello (questo l'ho fatto io) et voilà il forno è come nuovo. 5* sono ancora poche ne darei 10. Efficenza 10 Competenza 10* Disponibilità nello spiegarti come fare il lavoro in maniera tale da poterti arrangiare 10* Rispetto dei tempi prestabiliti 10. Sui costi non mi esprimo perché non so paragonare con altri venditori. So solo che Rosy Stari ha soddisfatto molto e se dovessi avere ancora bisogno tornerò altre 1000 volte da loro.
