Franco knows how to make pizza (indeed ALL PIZZAS!) Like very few in Caserta. In particular, the calzone with escarole is simply legendary, cooked with all the ingredients of the past. NOT RECOMMENDED BUT SUPER RECOMMENDED !!!!!
