G	Gigi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panini da discount, hamburger pessimi ma soprattutto un servizio vergognoso .. praticamente ti stanno con il fiato sul collo, panini per 4 adulti e 4 bambini con acqua e 2 birre 100 euro... Valore reale della cena massimo 20 euro.... Servizio e qualità dei prodotti da mensa ospedaliera. Discount sandwiches, bad burgers but above all a shameful service .. practically they are breathless on your neck, sandwiches for 4 adults and 4 children with water and 2 beers 100 euros ... Real value of the dinner maximum 20 euros .... Service and quality of hospital canteen products.
G	Giamp_96 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati per cena, arrivati c'erano solo altri due tavoli di poche persone. Antipasto scarso ma pizze abbastanza buone. Siamo rimasti soli nel locale e in attesa di un secondo e un contorno. Dopo più di mezz'ora di attesa, sottolineando che eravamo soli in sala non arriva ancora nulla e ci alziamo per cercare un cameriere, che nel frattempo erano completamente spariti, per chiedere se arrivassero le restanti portate. Le portate arrivano e ci alziamo per pagare. Prezzo fin troppo alto per la qualità del cibo (due piccoli supplì spacciati per arancini a 4€) e servizio davvero scadente e scortese. Metto 2 stelle solo perché la carne e le pizze non erano male. Non ci torneremo. We stopped for dinner, there were only two other tables of a few people arrived. Poor starter but good enough pizzas. We were left alone in the room and waiting for a second and a side dish. After more than half an hour of waiting, pointing out that we were alone in the room, nothing comes yet and we get up to look for a waiter, who in the meantime had completely disappeared, to ask if the remaining courses would arrive. The courses arrive and we get up to pay. Price too high for the quality of the food (two small supplì passed off as arancini for € 4) and really poor and rude service. I put 2 stars only because the meat and the pizzas were not bad. We will not go back.
S	Siria Filesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza assurda. Entriamo alle ore 20:00 con tavolo prenotato alle 20:00. Iniziamo ad ordinare chiedendo alcuni antipasti e delle bruschette, pregando il cameriere di farne una bianca per un bambino, ci viene detto che non è possibile fare una bruschetta olio e sale.. Ordiniamo antipasti, una pasta, tre hamburger e due pizze. Arriva tutto tranne le pizze. Ore 21:30, quando tutto il tavolo aveva finito di mangiare chiediamo notizie in merito alle due pizze. Erano state dimenticate ma non è tanto questo il problema quanto l’atteggiamento maleducato del personale che esordisce col dire “hanno dimenticato la pizza ve la faccio o ve ne andate?” senza neanche scusarsi. Quando ci alziamo per il pagamento spieghiamo di aver atteso 2 ore le pizze, due ore in cui nessun cameriere si è accorto che in un tavolo da 5 due persone non avevamo mangiato nulla in un’ora e trenta… ci viene detto “siete pure arrivati in ritardo, c’è tanta gente” confondendoci con altre persone, anche in questo caso non viene chiesto scusa e l’atteggiamento è sempre assurdo. Sconsigliato per il servizio, cibo discreto, prezzo onesto. Unica pecca l’educazione. Absurd experience. We enter at 20:00 with a table booked at 20:00. We start ordering by asking for some appetizers and bruschetta, asking the waiter to make a white one for a child, we are told that it is not possible to make an oil and salt bruschetta .. We order antipasti, one pasta, three burgers and two pizzas. Everything arrives except the pizzas. At 9:30 pm, when the whole table had finished eating, we ask for news about the two pizzas. They had been forgotten but this is not so much the problem as the rude attitude of the staff who begins by saying "Did they forget the pizza, can I make it or do you leave?" without even apologizing. When we get up for the payment we explain that we had waited 2 hours for the pizzas, two hours in which no waiter noticed that we hadn't eaten anything in a table for 5 two people in an hour and a half ... we are told "you have also arrived late, there are so many people "confusing us with other people, even in this case no apologies are made and the attitude is always absurd. Not recommended for service, decent food, fair price. The only flaw is education.
