Antonio che ben mi illustra, con simpatia e professionalità, la storia del veicolo, le sue caratteristiche e nel giro di un paio di giorni ci accordiamo. Nei giorni successivi, in attesa della consegna della vettura, ho più volte chiesto al sig. Antonio informazioni tecniche sulla mia futura auto ed ho sempre ricevuto risposte pressoché immediate oltre che cortesi. La professionalità dimostrata dal sig. Antonio e dallo staff della Rossi Ecocar, che peraltro non lesina nella comunicazione con il cliente e nella precisione, fa si che io non possa che dare 5 stelle oltre che a complimentarmi sinceramente con loro per come svolgono il loro mestiere. Ricevere 5 stelle è certamente una buona cosa, sapere di aver soddisfatto in pieno un cliente è molto di più. In December I went to this dealership to view a vehicle, an Audi A4 quattro. On site I get in touch with Mr. Antonio who well illustrates to me, with sympathy and professionalism, the history of the vehicle, its characteristics and within a couple of days we agree. In the following days, while waiting for the delivery of the car, I repeatedly asked Mr. Antonio technical information on my future car and I have always received almost immediate as well as courteous answers. The professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Antonio and the Rossi Ecocar staff, who also does not skimp in communication with the customer and in precision, means that I can only give 5 stars as well as sincerely congratulate them on how they do their job. Receiving 5 stars is certainly a good thing, knowing that you have fully satisfied a customer is much more.

Data la distanza tra la mia residenza e la sede del ricevitore mi sono fidata delle descrizioni e delle foto che mi sono state inviate. Il venditore mi ha assicurato che ad oggi la maggior parte delle vendite avvengono a distanza e che potevo stare tranquilla data la loro professionalità. Purtroppo al momento del ritiro ho scoperto che la carrozzeria dell'auto NON era stata completamente ripristinata come invece mi era stato detto. I segni (piccoli ma profondi) sulla portiera posteriore lato conducente sono ben visibili. Il venditore si è scusato ma direi che NON basta. Ho già fatto calcolare il danno da un carrozziere . NON ero stata informata e questa è la cosa più grave. Ho intenzione di rivolgermi all'associazione consumatori e se non bastasse ad uno studio legale. La correttezza ESIGEVA che io ne fossi informata. NON avermelo detto ritengo che sia un fatto MOLTO grave. Mi ritrovo con un danno che per metterlo a posto necessita di riverniciare mezza auto. ASSOLUTAMENTE SCORRETTO. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the treatment received. I bought a used mini countryman. Given the distance between my residence and the location of the receiver I trusted the descriptions and photos that were sent to me. The seller assured me that today most of the sales are done remotely and that I could rest assured given their professionalism. Unfortunately at the time of collection I discovered that the car body had NOT been completely restored as I was told. The marks (small but deep) on the driver's side rear door are clearly visible. The seller apologized but I would say it is NOT enough. I've already had the damage calculated by a body builder. I had NOT been informed and this is the most serious thing. I intend to contact the consumer association and if that weren't enough, a law firm. Fairness REQUIRED that I be informed. NOT having told me I think it is a VERY serious fact. I find myself with a damage that needs to repaint half the car to get it right. ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT.
