M	Marika Ronchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganizzato, lunghe attesa (2 ore di media) anche se con appuntamento. Rimandata avanti e indietro 3 volte per un certificato di malattia (e 38 di febbre). Segreteria sempre nervosa, la risposta standard al telefono è "è tutto pieno signora, è urgente?". Il Dottore è un buon medico, ma lo studio in generale è gestito male. Disorganized, long wait (2 hours of average) even if by appointment. Postponed back and forth 3 times for a certificate of illness (and 38 of fever). Secretariat always nervous, the standard answer on the phone is "it's all full lady, is it urgent?". The Doctor is a good doctor, but the study in general is badly managed.

Pazzesco. Devi saper predire il futuro così da sapere che da qui a 2 settimane ti ammelerai. Si, 2 settimane perché sono questi i tempi di attesa per una visita con il dottore o con la sostituta. Tempi di attesa (anche con appuntamento) di 2 ore circa... Le impegnative invece, dopo che le richiedi telefonicamente, puoi andarle a ritirare dopo 2 giorni (almeno...) Cattiva gestione dei pazienti e soprattutto delle urgenze. Competent doctor but meeting him is a company; the secretary answers the phone telling you that the study is "full full", perpetually, even when you ask for an urgent visit for real reasons. Crazy. You have to know how to predict the future so you know that in two weeks you'll be admitting. Yes, 2 weeks because these are the waiting times for a visit with the doctor or with the replacement. Waiting times (also by appointment) for about 2 hours ... The challenging ones instead, after you request them by telephone, you can pick them up after 2 days (at least ...) Bad management of patients and especially of emergencies.

Aggiungerei inoltre una nota sulla segretaria: una donna antipatica, acida e scostante. Credo sia bene cambi lavoro. Sbuffare e rispondere male a persone che sono malate e chiedono informazioni, non solo è umanamente sconcertante ma professionalmente inammissibile. Demonstration of how public money for health is spent badly, very badly indeed. I would also add a note about the secretary: an unpleasant, sour and unfriendly woman. I think it is good to change jobs. Snorting and responding badly to people who are sick and ask for information is not only humanly disconcerting but professionally inadmissible.
M	Manuela Alberici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho messo uno in quanto non si puo' mettere meno 10, Ho avuto quanto medico per un anno, scelto perche' vicino a casa, scelto molto sbagliata, per prendere un appuntamento bisogna aspettare 15 giorni ( nemmeno fosse un re), nonostante l'appuntamento ha il vizio di arriva in ritardo di un'ora, ha sottovalutaro una cisti che avevo e infatti sono dovuta andare privatamente e prendere l'antibiotico e farla togliere. Calo un velo pietoso sulle segretarie, una molto acida e l"altra lascia i pazienti in attesa al telefono per parlare di ferie con l"altra dottoressa. Cambiate medico non e cosi bravo!!!! Il Dottor Rossi è molto scrupoloso e particolarmente attento nella scelta della terapia in base alle proprie esigenze. Estremano professionale e affidabile. I personally found myself very well. Doctor Rossi is very scrupulous and particularly careful in choosing the therapy based on your needs. Extremely professional and reliable.
G	Giorgia Bellato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, non lo consiglio a nessuno e se potessi non darei nemmeno una stellina. In 3 anni non l’ho mai incontrato, solo la dottoressa sostituta. Mi sono recata una volta per un fastidio all’orecchio e la dottoressa non aveva la strumentazione per visitarmi. Ho richiesto un’impegnativa per un ginocchio dolorante e mi è stato richiesto di recarmi presso lo studio a ritirarla dopo 2 giorni…Fascicolo Sanitario online, questo sconosciuto. Ho richiesto un certificato di malattia in 3 anni e non era disponibile alcun medico per un consulto in orario di apertura. Inoltre, la segretaria (maleducata e sbrigativa, come riportato anche da altre recensioni) mi ha chiesto di attendere 3h per essere richiamata dalla dottoressa - come sempre il dottor Rossi è un fantasma - che ovviamente mi ha telefonato molto più tardi di quanto preventivato. Aggiungo che mi sarei dovuta recare in studio da malata per recuperare il certificato. L’email nel 2021 non l’hanno ancora scoperta evidentemente. Inutile dire che ho cambiato medico dopo quest’ultima incommentabile esperienza. Da evitare al 100%. Bad experience, I don't recommend it to anyone and if I could I wouldn't even give a star. I have never met him in 3 years, only the substitute doctor. I went once for ear discomfort and the doctor did not have the equipment to examine me. I applied for a certificate of illness in 3 years and no doctor was available for a consultation during opening hours. Furthermore, the secretary (rude and hasty, as reported by other reviews) asked me to wait 3h to be called back by the doctor - as always, Dr. Rossi is a ghost - who obviously phoned me much later than expected. I would add that I should have gone to the office as a patient to retrieve the certificate. Evidently they haven't discovered the email in 2021 yet. It goes without saying that I changed doctors after this last incommentable experience. To be avoided 100%.

In ambulatorio sono fermi all'età della pietra e non mandano alcuna mail per le ricette. Anche con la febbre a 69 devi comunque andare in studio (e prendendo appuntamento una settimana prima, ossia quando NON hai ancora la febbre): A MAI PIU' It is with great joy that from today I am no longer assisted by him.
