Unica nota che determina una stella in meno è il prezzo... posso capire confezioni e composizioni di una determinata caratura... ma il resto rimane ingiustificatamente ben al di sopra della concorrenza senza possibilità di trattativa nemmeno verso clienti assidui.

The only note that determines a star less is the price ... I can understand packages and compositions of a certain caliber ... but the rest remains unjustifiably well above the competition without the possibility of negotiation even towards regular customers.
