Nella prima catalogazione del vino Prosecco rientrano le versioni ferme (cioè senza bollicine), la seconda e la terza scelta sono invece caratterizzate dalla presenza dell’effervescenza. Quella che avevamo chiesto espressamente noi al momento dell'ordinazione.
